Centrally located neighborhood is half hour to the beach, LAX, Downtown Los Angeles and minutes from Beverly Hills, Hollywood, West Hollywood and the Wilshire Corridor including LACMA and the Peterson Automotive Museum.

Master bedroom features en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower, two sink counter, gas fireplace, wall mounted flat screen television, a king bed, walk in closet, and desk area for your laptop. Second bedroom features queen bed with desk area. Third bedroom has bunk beds and desk area. Second bath features separate tub and shower. Half bath in hallway.

Gorgeous kitchen features upscale appliances and is well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave etc. Next to kitchen is a television/computer/gaming room. Front courtyard features a fountain, outdoor dining furniture and a magnificent shade tree. Driveway leads to backyard and storage area and allows for the parking of two or more cars off street. One or two small to medium sized dogs are welcome that are quiet, well behaved, and flea free and requires a separate pet deposit.

Excellent stay

Really couldn't have asked for a better experience in this home. It's super well-equipped, including extras like terry bathrobes, and very comfortable. There is clear pride of ownership and regular upkeep. Check in and out were very easy, and Clark was a responsive host. The yard was perfect for my little pup, who enjoyed hours of fetch and sunbathing there. The neighborhood is quiet but super centrally located, walking distance from The Grove and other amenities and right between the east and west sides of LA.

Wonderful Family Vacation in a Beautiful Home!

My family and I would like to commend the maintenance and management of this beautiful property! We have been enjoying vacation rentals for years, and this is one of the best properties we have vacationed in. We will definitely book it again in the future. From the time we booked and communicated with the property manager, he was very clear and detailed with regards to instructions. We appreciated that very much. Upon check-in, my family and I found the property very clean, neat, beautiful, homey and yet very modern (especially the bathrooms and the kitchen). The WOLF range, the BREVILLE toaster oven and the NINJA blender are our favorites. All the basics we needed and more were already available in the property. The wooden flooring is indeed gorgeous. The house has its own distinct character and is just perfect. All these combined are the reasons why we had a happy, comfortable and safe vacation in this wonderful property.

An Incredible Place

My partner and I stayed at this property for four months and truly loved it. We daily marveled at the beauty and serenity of the backyard, the exquisite decor throughout the house, and the ideal location (great nearby restaurants and shops, and perfectly located between the two locations we had to travel frequently - Hollywood and Beverly Hills/Century CIty.) The interior style of the house is just quirky enough to keep it interesting!, and just tasteful and luxe enough to keep us feeling pampered and grateful the whole time. Also: it's very well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom. And the beds are extremely comfortable! Our communication with the host(s) was easy and pleasurable. Any minor question or request we had was answered immediately. We will 100% try to book this house again when we next return to LA.

Home away from home.

Just what we needed for our stay. House is perfect for family. Kitchen is well equipped. Home has an old hollywood retro feel to it but still very family friendly with all the modern updates. Nice backyard for our grandchild to run around in. We especially loved having AC since we don't! And Clark was awesome! Thanks again!!

Best rental in LA

I could not recommend this place more! Clark was amazing from the beginning. The house was pristine and comes fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We used the backyard for workout videos (weights come with the house). Lots of outdoor seating and tiki torches. They also have a life sized jenga, which was really cool. The home looks like it was professionally decorated and the organizational system in the closets was perfect since we were staying a month. Would 100% stay here again.

County Art Museum, La Brea Tar Pits and the Peterson Automotive Museum.
