Luxurious 3BR Home with Private Pool/Spa in Lakewood National

Welcome to our vacation home in Lakewood National, a premiere gated resort community located in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

Enjoy the many attractions the area offers just minutes away, including great restaurants, attractions, beaches, golf, tennis, pickleball and shopping. Beautiful downtown Sarasota is just 30 minutes away and is a fabulous center for arts and entertainment.

Our luxurious home built in 2018 features 2,061 square feet of air conditioned living space plus large screened outdoor lanai with private pool and spa. The open concept living area features a great room with 70" TV, dining room and gourmet kitchen with large island. The home can be configured as 2 bedrooms + den or 3 bedrooms. The spacious Master bedroom features a King size bed, 50" TV and private ensuite with double sinks, walk-in shower, bath and separate toilet closet. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen size bed with 40" TV. The 3rd bedroom/den features two very comfortable Twin-XL Murphy beds that when stowed convert the space to a relaxing den. The 2nd bedroom and den areas can be closed off from the rest of the home for privacy and share a full 4 piece bathroom.

Maximize your outdoor living enjoyment in the large screened lanai which features conversation seating with fire-table, private heatable pool, spa and outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and fridge. A removable pool safety fence keeps kids and non-swimmers safe. Enjoy outdoor dining around the patio dining table or relax around the pool in the chaises or the conversation lounge chairs.

Our Golf and Country Club membership at Lakewood National can be transferred to you for the duration of your stay. Transfer of membership is completely optional to you and carries a transfer fee is $600 plus tax. Membership transfer provides access to all amenities in the community, including access to golf at our 2 Lakewood National championship golf courses, tennis, pickleball, spa, resort style lagoon pool, gym and dining at our brand new Clubhouse or at the pool-side Tiki Bar.

Fabulous Property

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The home itself was beautiful and immaculately clean. Absolutely anything we could have needed for our stay was available. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and utensils. In 5 weeks there wasn't a single thing that I looked for that wasn't provided. The outdoor pool and kitchen were lovely. Beautifully set up and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the lanai. And the pool and facilities at Lakewood national were spectacular. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in Lakewood Ranch or the Sarasota area.

Just perfect. This is it, stop looking!

We had a wonderful stay in Sarasota at this property during the month of July. It was spotless when we arrived and the on site info manual made getting acclimated a breeze. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything you could need from a fully stocked kitchen, to linens, beach chairs, bikes, and most importantly, comfortable beds. The neighborhood is quiet and is a quick ride to the grocery store, shopping, the airport, beaches, and fabulous restaurants. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the screened-in lanai and loved watching the beautiful sunsets each night. Howard and Lois are fabulous hosts and responded to any questions very quickly. We can't say enough about this great property. We would stay there again if we are fortunate to be in the area. You will not be disappointed with this home!

Perfect Rest & Relaxation Location

We selected this home due to its upscale amenities, including a beautiful pool and great location near shopping, restaurants and the beach. The home far exceeded our expectations. When at the house we spent most of our time on the lanai enjoying the pool and the outdoor summer kitchen, along with a great view of the water with wild life visits. Having the outdoor kitchen was wonderful and most meals were prepared outdoors. The owners were easily accessible if we had any questions or concerns. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this property. My only regret is that we could only say a month, we did not want to leave.

Beautiful home

My family and I had a lovely vacation in this beautiful and relaxing home. The kitchen was so easy to prepare meals in as it was very well stocked with proper cooking utensils. The view and pool area is where we spent most of our time unwinding. Highly recommend this home.

Yes I selected all categories at 5 stars because they were accurate. This house was a new house in a great area. The house and pool were top notch and the kitchen was well equipped. This house has a lot of upgrade touches and it shows. I would recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway. I also wanted to mention that Lakewood National has newly built central amenities such as pool, tennis, restaurants, golf course etc.

There is lots of golf in the area, including 2 championship courses within our Lakewood National community.
