Perfect location; Amazing view!

We stayed here in early September. The weather was warm and the apartment was fantastic! Perfectly clean, spacious, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Location is perfect - 5 minutes walk to Old Town, beach clubs, shopping, and so much great dining. Apartment was easy to access - note it is on the top floor of the building; the lift holds just 2 people at a time. Estelle is easy to contact and responds quickly and helpfully. As wonderful as everything was in this apartment, we felt that the very best attribute was its gorgeous sea view- truly magical! Will not hesitate to recommend Estelle’s apartment to anyone visiting Nice.

The best location if you want to be in town.
You can enjoy the Jazz festival in front of the house, the regate, the iron man, the tour de france and mainly the best view being in the full center of town. Every thing is walking distance
