Want to get away from it all? Enjoy the heat and outdoors while in the beautiful and sunny Palm Desert area. Property renovated in 2018. Condo renovations include all new flooring and paint throughout and all new furnishings. Come enjoy your vacation in this private single story 3 bedroom 3 bath (each bedroom with their own bath) condo with a great view of the lake and golf course. There are no neighbors above you! The floorplan is excellent for multi generational or couples use as no bedroom shares a common wall with another and each has its own bathroom. There is a 2 car private garage that is accessed through your private patio in the front. Palm Valley Country Club is a 24 hour guard gated community and one of the premiere clubs in the area. It is centrally located to the freeway, shopping areas, golf courses and restaurants. There are 2 pools within a short walk of the unit that you can use. Come and see why this community is nicknamed the "Fun Club"... Although there are no taxes for a stay of 28 nights or longer, vrbo has no way to remove the taxes from the quote when you see it on line. However, I can remove it prior to booking or refund it back to you as soon as you do a Book it Now. Thanks for considering our property! City of Palm Desert license#STR2018-0245. Weather conditions can change quickly in the desert. Sand storms are known to occur occasionally and strong winds are not uncommon. However, winds are typically not a problem in Palm Valley CC. Summers experience extreme heat well over 100 degrees. Please prepare accordingly. We have a monthly extermination service to keep the desert bugs in check. The golf course typically closes down for re seeding anywhere from late September - early November. This schedule varies depending on weather conditions and timing of the club. Please call me with any questions.

Relaxing Stay

Had a great time staying at Neil’s place. Condo is very clean and well stocked with most everything you may need during your stay. Enjoyed the pool and walking the neighborhood in the mornings. Unit has a great view and enjoyed many dramatic sunrises. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent, comfortable property on golf course

The overall property was well maintained and very nice. Our unit was comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed the fact that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - that was perfect for the four of us. The instructions provided by the owner were clear and well documented. Email communications with the owner were answered promptly and he was delightful to work with. We all agreed that we would stay there again.

Palm Desert stay

Our condo accommodations on Crocus Lane were perfect…well maintained and beautifully appointed. Four sisters went to Palm Desert for three nights and couldn’t have been more pleased. We had three bedrooms and three bathrooms! Great for four girls! The owner/host provided me with all necessary information prior to our arrival. I emailed him with questions a couple of times before our arrival. He answered back promptly and was so nice! Such a pleasure to “work” with!

PVCC is a beautiful spot

Communications with the owner was great. Response time to questions were quickly responded to. Property information was relayed well. Unit is a little outdated but comfortable. Lovely view. There is some noise from the train tracks close by but not over consuming. There are many pools and spas close by that our family totally enjoyed. A lovely place to just walk and enjoy. Fun watching the golfers and enjoying local birds. Again, owner was very responsive to all questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Golf trip with family

We had a wonderful time in Palm Desert. The property was a perfect fit for our trip. It was in a great location accessible to great golf , dining, scenery trips, and the airport. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, everyone was comfortable. The view of the hummingbirds feeding on the patio and the golf course was lovely. The living room and dining area were comfortable and spacious. The property owner responded to our questions immediately, which was very appreciated. The only thing I would add is that during our stay, the WiFi for the TV was not reliable, so you may want to bring a firestick.

Everything was wonderful about this property. The view of the golf course is great. Unfortunately we were there when the course was closed for re-seeding but we knew it was that time of year. This property is very close to anywhere you want to go. We went to the Acrisure Arena, Solano’s Bar & Grill and golfed at the Marriotts Shadowridge all a very short drive. Neal was an incredible host and very responsive.

I booked an 11 day stay. When I entered the unit, and looked around, I was mortified as to how dirty every aspect of the condo was. The list of filth is too long to list. One issue that was so disturbing was the pots and pans. After a day and a half of cleaning, I decided to cook dinner. The inside of the pots and pans had a thick layer of dried food and rust inside of them. I immediately sent photos of this finding to the owner. To his credit, he had new pots and pans delivered within 2 hours. He too was horrified. Apart from the issues of cleanliness, there is a significant noise factor associated with this unit. I want to be clear, this issue is NOT the fault of the owner. The unit is very close to railroad tracks and a freeway. The very audible noise is constant. Also noteworthy, there are multiple instructions one has to follow upon initially entering the unit ( alarms , water main, ice maker, etc). After communicating with the owner, he offered a 50.00 credit.

Lovely Crocus Lane

My 3 girlfriends and I were excited to spend a week in Palm Desert at the Crocus Lane property. We were impressed by how spacious and accommodating the floor plan is, particularly since we are 4 adult women. There are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms in the unit...all en suite...with a double sink in the primary bedroom. This made our stay very comfortable! Unfortunately, the L.A. Wildfires happened during our stay, and 2 of my friends had family members who were directly impacted. We left a day early. Neal was a wonderful host in all ways possible; he forgave payment for the last night due to our family emergencies. I recommend the unit to any one seeking a well-located, spacious Palm Desert condo (with a very well-appointed kitchen)!

We own 2 other vacation rental properties in Palm Desert vrbo# 511573 and vrbo #753950 and had been looking for one in Palm Valley Country Club. We found this one and knew it was the one after seeing the view.

What makes this property unique

3 Bedrooms all with their own bathrooms! Very unique floorplan within the community.
We love the layout of this unit as no bedroom shares a wall with another. Also, there is no neighbor above you. The patio offers a private view of the golf course and lake. The condo is central to almost everything you would want to go to in the area.
