DETAILS: Stunning coastal and dune views and recently remodeled interiors make this WaterSound condo the perfect setting for your next beach vacation! This beautiful home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodations for 6 guests.

A warm welcome awaits just inside, where guests will enter into the home's inviting main living area. This space features an immaculate gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and lovely custom cabinetry. The breakfast bar boasts 4 dining seats, and an additional 6 seats are available the adjacent dining table. The living room offers a wonderful place to relax and unwind, with plush and comfortable seating, a flat-screen television, wonderful natural light from the large windows, and breathtaking coastal views. French doors lead out to the home's balcony, where guests can enjoy an invigorating sunrise with their morning cup of coffee or a peaceful sunset with a refreshing evening cocktail.

This home features two beautifully furnished bedrooms, both with exquisite emerald coast views. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious upholstered king bed, a large flat-screen television, large windows and lots of natural light, and access to the home's balcony. The en suite primary bathroom offers dual sinks, a glass-front shower, and a gorgeous soaking tub. The guest bedroom is appointed with 2 upholstered queen beds, a mounted flat-screen television, and a private bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Guests in this home are just steps from the sugar white sand beach, which is accessible via a dune walkover. A private community pool and outdoor grill area offer additional space to enjoy the sunshine and ocean breeze.

*From October 2025 through 2026, WaterSound Compass Point will undergo major exterior refurbishment. Residents and guests should expect construction, boarded windows, limited balcony and garage access, and possible parking disruptions. These safety measures are essential for project completion.

*HOA regulations do not allow for guest Low-Speed Vehicle rentals. Additionally, bringing your own Low-Speed Vehicle onto the property is prohibited.
*This is a peaceful community. To ensure everyone's enjoyment, weddings, parties, gatherings exceeding a reasonable number of guests, and guests of guests are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the property, forfeiture of any remaining rental fees, and potential fines from the HOA, community, and 360 Blue.
* To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, pets are not permitted on the property. Please note that any damage caused by pets will be the guest's responsibility.

Lovely property, good location , loved the deck. Beautiful beach and chair set ups are convenient , though you have to bring your own beach towels , Mattresses are just average. Overall wonderful and we would return!

Paradise!

We enjoyed everything about this property and the entire area. The views of the dunes were incredible and the proximity to the beach and pool/clubhouse were perfect. The beach was quiet and both the condo and community were beautiful and had everything we needed. Top notch! We enjoyed exploring all of the neighboring beach towns and riding our bikes. We cannot wait to go back!!

Spring break on 30a

Watersound is a wonderful location to stay away from the crowds but still enjoy your spring break. Condo was clean and well appointed with a nice view of the beach and surf. The only negative was the landscape crew working on the common area trimming trees and bushes every day, all day. Couldn’t go on the balcony and enjoy the morning with a cup of coffee without the constant sound of chainsaws and trimmers. I would stay here again regardless.

Girls get-away

My two teenage granddaughters and I stayed for a week. They were impressed with the condo and the entire community as was I. The condo was very clean with a great flow and a wonderful kitchen. We all loved sitting on the balcony and just relaxing. There were many great restaurants and fun things to do. I definitely will return and they want to also. You won’t regret staying here!!

Truly incredible property and the views were better in person than they even photograph. Large unit, high ceilings, and immaculately clean. Beds could be a little more comfortable in comparison to how comfortable the furniture is, but not a major deal. Still an amazing unit and would absolutely book again.

Overall, the location within Watersound is great. Ocean view from balcony and proximity to ocean were amazing. However, there was major window sill damage within the property, rotting exposed wood and paint peeling leading to horrible condensation build up on the entire window facing the ocean (so basically paid for an ocean view that didnt exist due to condensation!). Property managemtn was alerted to the issue, said they'd come help clean up the rotten wood/paint BUT NEVER SHOWED up after multiple calls (leaving this type of situation with young children staying within the property is unacceptable behavior). Additionally, the TV in the guest bedroom was hanging off the wall and was not secured properly (also a hazard with small children). Would not rent from 360Blue again.

September 2021 Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Unit #305 is very well-appointed, super comfortable and convenient to both the beach and pool. Traveled with a friend and we each had a large bedroom with beach/ocean views and our own bathroom. We enjoyed our morning coffee with a gorgeous view of sunrise/beach. Beach set-up is close and easy- you don't need anything except a towel. Look for the attendant on the first day and he will set you up each day with chairs/umbrella with your name. We did not use the kitchen much but it definitely has everything you need. We enjoyed meals out at The Perfect Pig, Bud and Alley's, Shunk Gulley and Pescado. We stayed 4 nights and were able to see all of the beach towns along 30A but enjoyed returning to quiet Water Sound. Will absolutely return!!

The condo was beyond amazing! Fully equipped kitchen and the furnishings were just my style! The bed was so comfy! Loved access to the beach club and it would be nice to have access to a golf cart. Hubby loved finding the quiet access to fish a little on the lake and the hidden pool there, too. Awesome view! We will stay here again!

My family of four loved this unit and the WaterSound community. The unit was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The location was excellent also. The WaterSound community is quiet and unique. We loved the Beach Club and it’s perks, like the use of kayak & paddle boards. Only complaint is that the bikes promised were not present and even after reporting this twice we were not issued replacement bikes to use.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. This was our third time to stay at Watersound and the service at the beach club wasn’t up to the usual standard. We were disappointed to wait to check in after 4pm on Sunday to find that the front desk closed at 4pm, so we had to wait unlit the next morning to get our beach club cards. Also, there were no bikes marked “99 India” left for our use, so we had to rent from the Hub.

July 2018 Stay

We just returned from the best stay at 305 Compass Point! I have stayed in several communities on 30A, but after experiencing Watersound, it will be hard to stay anywhere else!! The unit itself is gorgeous and fully stocked. There was a ton of seating, and the chairs, ottomans, and comfy beds gave us so many excuses to relax. The view was insane - so rare to have ocean views on 30A. Nothing better than coffee and wine on the couch on the deck listening to the waves crashing and enjoying the breeze. We used 3 of the pools available to us - Dunesider was our favorite, just because of the location and the poolside service. The beachclub was a close second - it was a great perk to have free beach chair service at the Beachclub - in the past we have paid $50/day in Watercolor and Rosemary. No crowds on the beaches - very relaxing. The bikes were included with our stay, and we rode those to the beach, the Beachclub, and up to the Hub for ice cream, dinner and family movie night. Can't wait to come back!!
