Just 20 meters from the sea, the two-story "Le Grand Bassam" residence is located in the lively center of the resort, facing the sea and the promenade along the beach.
Perfect for a couple's vacation, this first-floor apartment comprises a kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The apartment does not have a private parking space.

The advantages of this seaside rental: Centrally located and close to the sea, shops, and numerous public parking lots; balcony with outdoor furniture and sea view.
End-of-stay cleaning included.

Sheets and towels are not provided; however, they can be reserved by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival.

Location en avril. Vue magnifique MAIS et UN GROS MAIS! Environnement très bruyant, l'ensemble du logement et la salle de bain n'étaient pas propres.Vieux radiateurs électriques sur roulettes, volets en bois difficiles à ouvrir et surtout à fermer, prises électriques collées sur les murs avec du mastic! Nous sommes restés juste le temps de vouloir faire le check-in d'arrivée à distance par l'application avant de demander aussitôt à l'agence qui gère l'appartement de nous trouver un autre appartement ce qu'ils ont fait!

appartement bien placé , près des commerces et de la plage , beaucoup d animations , par contre bruyant le soir jusque 2 heures du matin

Très Très bruyant surtout la nuit ! simple virage !! bien situé cependant ! éléments sommaires pas d’armoire pas de cintres donc , pas de rideaux beaucoup de vis à vis !

Beaucoup trop de bruit la nuit. Vacarme de 21h00 à 10h00 du matin.

Appartement situé au centre des attractions qui nécessiterait une isolation phonique et une climatisation. Musique tambourinante, vacarme des passants à partir de 21h00, engin de nettoyage des plages à 4h00 du matin, ramassage des ordures ménagères juste devant à 7h00 puis enfin nettoyage haute pression de la place avec pompe motorisée 100dB pour achever chaque nuit au cas où vous auriez voulu dormir sur le matin. Même les protections auditives ne suffiront pas. Cet appartement doit absolument être doté de fenêtres mieux insonorisées et d'une climatisation pour que l'atmosphère soit vivable. Pas deux fois.

Vue magnifique face à la mer appartement propre et agréable, gros bémol environnement très bruyant,pas simple pour dormir avec la chaleur pas de clim dans la chambre, une machine à laver serait aussi pratique.
