About 50 meters from the edge of the wood, "Le Pin", dozing in the middle of a clearing. Built of wood and adorned with rustic plaster in the blond hues of Périgord, two bedrooms and a living room open their windows to a woodland environment whose freshness is streaked with the rays of the sun. Two terraces invite you to savor the combined delights of a shaded rosé, a grilled herb and then a siesta in the hammock ...... really well deserved!

QUE DU BONHEUR !

Nous venons de passer un magnifique séjour dans ce domaine de rêve, extrêmement bien entretenu ! Les logements ont tout le confort souhaité et sont aménagés avec goût.Tout est fait pour le bien être et la tranquillité des locataires. Nos deux enfants (9 et 5 ans) ont "fait leur vie" sans la moindre inquiétude de notre part. Quant à notre chienne, elle ne se lassait pas de nous faire parcourir le domaine et ses alentours. Les activités ne manquent pas, et beaucoup de matériels sportifs, livres, jeux, etc.. sont mis à disposition (voilà de quoi réduire le poids des valises !), sans oublier les vélos et la piscine chauffée. Encore un grand merci à Fanny et Alan pour leur accueil en toute simplicité, leur extrême gentillesse, et leur présence aussi appréciable que discrète. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt, d'autant plus que la région est superbe. De nombreux dépliants et infos sont d'ailleurs disponibles à la réception ... de quoi rendre jaloux l office du tourisme :-) !

Great place to relax and visit

I discovered a little paradise. Swimming pool, bikes, forest, tennis court, little villages ans castles around, markets with fresh food everyday, very warm welcome from the owners... we will be back ! And the Irish owner takes care of the park and flowers almost as well as an English gardener ! Have a quick look to the pictures of this paradise, you will see I am right.

Des vacances inoubliables

Un super séjour dans un lieu agréable où nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse en famille. Tout est fait pour le bien être des locataires : chalets confortables, fonctionnels et chaleureux, piscine , tennis, espace de jeux pour les enfants de tous age (bien pratique avec un petit bout de 3 ans). La région est tout simplement époustouflante, pour la découverte culturelle, gastronomique, les randos, le canoé, la baignade. Le plus: un accueil super sympa et des hôtes plein de bons conseils et disponibles ;) Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!!

Un accueil chaleureux dans un endroit magique !

Idéalement situé au cœur de la Dordogne, proche de tous les sites touristiques mais dans un petit village calme et charmant. Le site est magique, les maisons sont au milieu de la forêt, on a l'impression de passer le séjour dans une cabane, mais avec le confort en plus ! La piscine surplombe le terrain de tennis, les jeux pour enfants et les vélos sont à dispositions pour aller se balader. Le couple franco-irlandais qui nous accueille est charmant et toujours dispo pour un conseil ... Bref, un grand merci pour ce merveilleux séjour, nous sommes tous pressés de revenir !

Fantastic holiday at a special place

We really enjoyed our stay at Cournet Haut. The accommodation was perfect, and the facilities (swimming pool, tennis, etc) excellent. The thoughtful additions like the hiking/cycling tours and arranging our visit to the Payral vineyard made it special. Thanks Fanny and Alan!

Un cadre magnifique

Très beau domaine, très bien entretenu. Chalet très mignon et très fonctionnel dans un cadre apaisant ! Propriétaires charmants et très réactifs. Soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires. Je recommande cette location.
