BEAUTIFUL NORMAN HOUSE OF 12 ROOMS IN A CASE OF GREENERY

A fenced property of 3000 m², our beautiful Norman of 260 m² welcomes you for a stay with family or friends, combining calm, serenity or leisure, a pool table and table football to liven up your stay.
We put at your disposal our collection of over 300 Rock, blues, pop, & French song vinyls.
Wifi & Bluetooth for the less nostalgic.
The large 72 m² living room with its large fireplace, beams, terracotta tiles, and a bay window overlooking the garden complete the attractions of our house.
The above ground swimming pool of 6x4 x 1.32 m and its terrace are available from the end of March (Easter weekend) to September.
Pont Audemer is only 5 minutes by car, with its canals which give it a little bit of Norman Venice, its beautiful church, many terraces for a break and its restaurants to discover around charming alleys, the shopping street is lively and pleasant. the nearby ponds offer many activities.
Honfleur is twenty five minutes away for a stroll around its famous port, restaurants, art galleries, the beach and its secrets to discover.
Deauville / Trouville at 45 min, the harbor at 50 min, Rouen at 50 min and 1 h 15 from the landing beaches.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Warm welcome from the owners on arrival. Pet friendly - our dog felt right at home. We loved the available games (pool table, table football, pinball machine and scrabble). The garden was lovely with a private pool which unfortunately was not super warm. Quiet rural location. Close to villages/towns/castles nearby.

Great house for short break

Really nice property and very good communication with the owners. English is not great but we muddle through and they were very helpful explaining everything! Pool was great and the 5 children in our group found it more than large enough! Not super hot but not so cold that it was unused! Local area quiet but some lovely villages/towns nearby. Would definitely re-visit if in the area

We had a lovely 10 day stay at Badia’s place. It was very comfortable for us, only 2 adult and 2 kids and the pool table, table-ball and board games kept us all amused on the cold rainy days we unfortunately had. TV had Netflicks and Prime, useful for lazy evenings. Property located in great area, with town a short drive away, which has everything. Only petty downside I had was expected basics (bin bags, kitchen towels, extra toilet rolls, hand soap in kitchen, coffee for machine) to be provided and beach towels to use for outside, especially as only four of us but there was nothing. Didn’t keep cat this additional cost when I’ve already paid so much for the property. Just be prepared and don’t let this distract from the lovely property.

Deepa je vous remercie pour vos 4 étoiles et votre gentille message. Seulement je ne comprends pas vos reproches Vous aviez dans la cuisine thé café sucre ainsi que épices huile vinaigre Ect.. Ainsi qu’un tiroir de torchons dont vous vous êtes servies. Du savon main dans chaque salles de bain et toilette ainsi que des serviettes de toilettes. Le reste vous incombait…

Très bon week end , Maison très conviviale entre amis beaucoup d’espace, beau extérieur Équipement très complet Point négatif La picine annoncé chauffe ne l’était pas du coup très compliqué en Normandie Seul les enfants se sont baignés et encore pa tous beaucoup trop froide pour des adultes Nous avons cassé trois verres on nous a demandé 4 € par verre au prix du week-end incompréhensible mais bon s’était écrit on a payé Week-end à refaire si la piscine est chauffée sinon aucun intérêt c est juste un bassin d’eau froide

Nous comprenons votre déception pour la température de l'eau dans la piscine mais nous relevons que vos enfants se sont baignés malgré tout car nous sommes en juin... Concernant votre participation pour la vaisselle cassée nous demandons effectivement sans aucune obligation une somme forfaitaire pour rempacer la cinquantaine de verres à remplacer chaque années.

Quand au manquement supposé des sanitaires , leurs nombres et leur descriptif apparaissent clairement sur le site et ne devraient pas surprendre nos visiteurs. 3 toilettes disponibles ! 2 douches et une baignoire!
