Size, brightness and location are the highlights of this apartment. Built on 2 floors, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an XL penthouse terrace, this apartment has just been refurnished with a modern and clean touch.

Dining area with a dining table which can accommodate up to 8 people.

We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.

PASSPORT AND VAT

- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.

- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.

- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.

- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.

- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.

- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.

The apartment is tucked away on a quiet street and a few steps from the beach and the Tayelet - Tel Aviv Promenade that stretches along the Mediterranean, from the magical stone alleys of ancient Jaffa in the South to the contemporary coastal restaurants, beach bars, and boutiques of the new port in the North. We are located right in the center of all the action! With Tel Aviv’s business center, beaches, shopping and vibrant nightlife all situated close by, the hotel offers you the perfect location to enjoy all that this outstanding city has to offer, with the minimum of planning.



GETTING AROUND

You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Dizengoff street. There are countless buses running from Dizengoff and Kind George streets which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.

Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

Séjour parfait pour une famille avec de grands enfants. Le duplex est moderne (ne pas se fier à l'extérieur de l'immeuble), bien situé au cœur de Tel Aviv, spacieux et très propre, avec les commerces, les transports et la plage à proximité et aussi tous les équipements modernes nécessaires (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, bonne literie, belles penderies dans chaque chambre, stores électriques, etc.) et enfin une splendide terrasse offrant un beau panorama sur la ville. Tout ceci, ajouté à cela la fiabilité de l'agence FeelHome, a contribué à un excellent séjour. Merci à Benjamin et Elodie qui ont compris nos exigences, nous n'avons pas été déçus.

The pictures are inaccurate!

The location was wonderful. Probably one of the best areas to vacation in - in all of Tel Aviv. Condo building is very unkept and horrible. The apartment layout works well, the furnishings are uncomfortable and very few. No lamps or pictures in living area and bedrooms - just bright overhead lighting and bare white walls.

Really nice oasis in boiling hot & beautiful TLV

Really easy to communicate with the owners who were always polite, courteous and helpful. I visited the office around the corner once or twice and was greeted with smiling faces and a helpful attitude each time. The place itself is well sized, clean and everything you need is there. Kitchen utensils, air con is good, the terrace is huge and has remote-control awnings to shield the sun and there are remote control blinds all over the flat to regulate the light. I would definitely stay again and will rent from Feelhome Tel Aviv every time I go now. Can’t recommend enough.
