Neve Zedek is a neighborhood that oozes class, elegance and style. Add to that a bit of relaxation and you've got our beautiful penthouse apartment. The moment you walk through the doors, you feel an instant sense of calm... like walking into a spa. Couples with kids love the layout as it offers privacy and space. There are no high rises in the neighborhood, so it's calm from morning to night, with the large terrace overlooking the green and flowery courtyard of the Susan Dallal Center.
THE SPACE
Decorated by a lovely French couple, many of the decor details are quality pieces from France. From the dishes to the bathroom baskets, the apartment has a lot of hidden charm.
The apartment features a large open space divided between the kitchen, the dining area and the living room. It opens on an amazing deck overlooking Dallal square.
The living room has a lot of seating options and the adjacent terrace offers even more space to relax. It is equipped with a flat screen TV.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and the table can accommodate 4 people, making it a good spot for breakfast.
For larger gathering we recommend taking advantage of the dining table on the deck.
Bedroom 1: master bedroom with queen size bed, closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. It opens on the other side of the terrace.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (with can turn into a double bed). This is also the SHELTER in case of emergency.
Extra bathroom with shower.
Guest toilets.
OUTDOORS
There is very large terrace with a deck overlooking the pedestrian Dallal Square. It is divided into 3 areas:
One seating area with sofas connected to the living room.
One dinning area in the middle with a table for up to 8 people and a sun umbrella.
Another seating area with built in sofas/sun beds connected to the master bedroom.
INCLUDED AMENITIES
- AC/heat unit in every area.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine/dryer combo and drying rack in the apartment.
- Iron and board.
- Hi speed Wifi.
- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.
EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (prices incl. VAT)
- Private parking spot: included in the booking. Please notify us in advance.
- Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay.
- Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance.
- Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hour minimum.

The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in the historical and unique neighborhood of Tel Aviv called Neve Tzedek. Neve Tzedek is well know for being the first Jewish neighborhood built outside the wall of the ancient port of Jaffa.
This neighborhood is famous for its unique and authentic architecture. It is minutes away from the beach and Jaffa's Clock square.
The main street of this neighborhood is called Shabazi, where the apartment is located. There are boutiques, shops, cafes & restaurants all around. The Carmel Market is a short walk away and the Tachana (the old train station) recently renovated to host shops, boutiques and restaurants is down the street.
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station. There are countless buses running from the Carmelit terminal which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
