If fishing or boating is your game, avail yourself of the onsite marina. If you decide to venture out, there are many options on the island and the quaint villages of Jensen Beach and Stuart are just minutes away (just over the Jensen Beach or Stuart Causeways).

The condo is a large second floor unit with 2 beds and 2 baths. Renovated Fall of 2018 with new flooring, all furnishings, fixtures, ceiling fans and paint. The condo has a full kitchen that was rennovated in 2025 with all new appliances, cabinetry, countertops and fixtures. Unit has wifi, landline phone and a flat screen smart TV. There is a large screened balcony.

The living room and dining room is spacious. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The guest bedroom has two queen beds with.

We are looking to rent the unit out seasonally for 4 to 7 months to those who are familiar with the area and would like to return each year. Many Green Turtle Condo owners/renters are snowbirds.

Walk to island grocery/pharmacy/ sundry stores. Quick access to Jensen Beach/Stuart via nearby causeways. Easy local access to numerous parks, museums, and shops in the area.
