Quiet, safe neighborhood

Enjoyed my stay at this property. Maria was very responsive to my questions and needs. I felt safe here and studio was very clean. Bed was very comfy and accommodations were perfect!

Excellent and Clean Studio!

This little studio was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was very clean and super comfortable. Perfect size for one or two people. Loved staying here and look forward to my next visit here!

Great Room with Great Owner

I used it for an internship at a nearby national research institute. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly whenever I had any issues. The room is equipped with everything you need for daily living. The power of the IH heater is decent, and I was able to cook for myself every day. The family seems to have a fondness for motorcycles. I believe anyone would have a wonderful stay in this room.

Convenient and comfortable

Nancy's lovely suite was perfect for our stay in Livermore. We were visiting our son and his family, who lived only 5 minutes away. Nancy has provided everything.for her guests' comfort, from the relaxing sleeping accommodations to the nicely eqipuipped kitchen to the luxury shower. Maria, the on site host, was very responsive to our questions and needs. I'd like to think we'd have the opportunity for a return visit in the near future.

Great place in the area

We really liked this place and will definitely rent again when we return. You have everything you need, super comfy bed, nice size bathroom, and kitchen. Parking and access is easy. Nice hosts!

Property is well appointed. I was there for a couple of weeks and everything was perfect. Maria is very communicative and her family is very sweet. You will enjoy this place and I'm sure I will be back!

A very positive experience!

The place was very clean. It had everything I needed and much more! The owner was very nice and communicating with her was very easy. Good and quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay here again!!

Great location in Livermore

Cute studio with a large bathroom with a sit down shower. Separate door from the main house. Easy to communicate with and my family was very comfortable.

Super studio

The studio was all we expected. Clean, well equipped, and cozy. Location was close to all the places we ventured out to do. The communication with the owner was very good and timely. We will return when we return to Livermore.

I would definitely come back here again

I would definitely come back here again. The apartment was everything it said it would be in more. The details are what made it even better. For example, there are USB ports on both of the lamps. So you don’t have to fumble for a plug-in. I had a later flight, and when I came in there was snacks and oatmeal and things for me to eat. The bathroom showerhead is gigantic and I hope I didn’t drain the hot water tank because it was fantastic. The bed is very comfortable. Actually was hard to get out of it because the blankets are also very comfy. The Wi-Fi worked great. The apartment is off of a side street off of a main road so it’s very easy to get to. If I come back to Livermore again, I’m going to check to see if this unit is available.

Great stay!!!

The space was just perfect for the 2 of us. The studio was extremely clean and organized. The owner checked up on us and made sure we were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Most definitely recommend!
