Owner' stingy response
My wife and I had planned a 12-night stay, scheduled to arrive at the end of July. Unfortunately, on June 1st, I was involved in an accident that resulted in four broken ribs and a collapsed left lung. The medical team advised me that I wouldn't be able to fly for three months, forcing us to cancel our much-anticipated trip to Bali.
In light of these unforeseen circumstances, we reached out to all the facilities, accommodations, and travel agents involved in our booking. Every single one of them was understanding and promptly refunded our money—except for Mr. Albert Stiekel. Despite explaining our situation, we did not receive the same level of empathy or cooperation from him. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience during an already challenging time
