Dear Guest, thank you so much for staying with us. I am very sorry to hear that not everything was perfect. When I heard about the stairs, I provided immediately a temporary solution. Now it is already professionally fixed. I heard now for the first time that the Microwave was not working and one room was smelling. I asked already for an investigation on both topics and everything will be fixed in a few days. I do hope to welcome you again and rest assured that I will provide a special price for you to compensate for the inconvenience.
