Welcome to 12 Seaside Sparrow - your own slice of vacation paradise! This highly appointed six bedroom, six and a half bathroom vacation rental home can sleep up to 16 guests. It is located 2nd row ocean in Sea Pines and has a private pool and spa. The beach path is conveniently located next to the home - making it a very easy walk to the beach.

1st Floor:

There living room has a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Just off the living room is a powder room. The dining room has direct access to the outdoor area. The gourmet kitchen offers a large kitchen island, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, six burner gas range, a double oven, and an oversized fridge! The mini-bar area has all the “extras” – stand alone ice maker, beverage cooler and additional sink.

Step outside to the outdoor entertaining area and be prepared to spend some good quality time right there! Overlooking the pool, you have the covered porch with a flat screen TV and outdoor seating. The gas fireplaces are not available for use - they are for decoration only. There is a standalone gas grill available for use on the pool deck.

The master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. The private bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Bedroom two has a king bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a walk-in shower.

The private laundry room has a washer/dryer. There is a second washer/dryer located mid-level.

Mid-Level:

The spacious second master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, desk and a private terrace. The private bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom four is the perfect hideaway for the kiddos. It has two built in bunk beds with a sitting area including a sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a double vanity, bathtub and separate walk-in shower.

Bedrooms five and six both have a king bed plus a flat screen TV. Each has a private bath with a walk-in shower.

• Pool/Spa Info: Approximately 32 by 10 feet (the entrance area of the pool is more narrow). The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking: There is parking available for up to 6 cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week.

A Place to Gsther for Thanhsgiving

We have done a number of rental stays over the Thanksgiving holiday which has made the moms insist on driving fro VT and FL so that we can be sure to have all that was necessary to prepare our feast in style. This was the first property we have stayed in that made our efforts unnecessary- the kitchen was designed and stocked for cooks! As for the rest of the house and location- magnificent!

It is immediately obvious upon entering the house that this place is first class, well designed and someone is paying attention to details. As an example, someone took the time to line up all the utensils in the kitchen drawers(s) instead of just throwing them in there. Location is great. The six ensuite rooms sealed the deal for us.

There was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and have their own space. The kitchen was very well equipped. The proximity to the beach was great. The only downside we experienced was the gas oven did not work the week we were there. We were notified by the rental company on the day of arrival. While we did have the wall electric oven, it was not easy to cook for the amount of family we had there. We cook in most of the week. I felt like some compensation should have been offered but was not. When this much money is paid, I expect everything to work properly or the company to make it right. We would stay here again for sure and were over all pleased!

The kitchen is large and inviting and possibly the best equipped kitchen other than my own! Plenty of gadgets, appliances, indoor dishes, outdoor dishes. FANTASTIC! The pool is beautiful, great size, and the outdoor seating area is very comfortable. And a lawn! Such a rarity on HHI.And Coastal Home was extremely responsive to every concern or REQUEST . The location is right beside the beach walkway with easy access to the beach. The home is the most well appointed rental that we have every stayed in. We love the outdoor area and the parking is ample. The location to The Salty Dog is one of our favorite things as we bike there almost everyday! Coastal as a rental agency is responsive and has gone over and above whenever we have had a request. They are really easy to work with.
