House Pistachio is your home base for a visit to Fredericksburg. Only minutes by car to Main Street. House Pistachio is a beautifully restored home in a clean modern minimalist style. You won't find any doilies here. This house is here for your group to call home. Four Comfortable beds. Our Middle Bedroom is a plush King. The Sunrise and Sunset bedrooms each have comfortable Queen beds. Then there is the Living room sofa that has a premium Queen American Comfort Sleeper. The Smart HD TV in the living room streams Internet programming via our Hulu player. House Pistachio has a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you may need, and Complementary Coffee too. A great place to rest and make ready for events such as weddings, reunions, and bachelorette parties.

Dennis & Frances a fun loving couple. We strive to take one day at a time and see the world with awe and wonder. We like to hike Enchanted Rock or float the Guadalupe. Simple pleasures like a walk on Main St. amuse us. We are comfortable in our own skin, we can enjoy a hill country sunset just as much as if we were on a mountaintop in the Alps.
Why they chose this property
Frances & I decided the house would be a great project to take on as a short term rental. We had a grand time remodeling and fixing it up. We named it House Pistachio because of the light green color we chose for the exterior. It's in a great location too, close to everything fun to do in Fredericksburg and central to the Texas Wine Trail. We hope our guests will like our house too. Come stay at our house we know you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Great Location! Close to Main Street and the local Grocery Store. Avoid the scramble to the winery's on 290 if you want to, there's a tasting room two blocks away.
