The living room features a pull out sleeper sofa and dining area for four people with two bar stools at the island. The updated kitchen makes it perfect for enjoying meals at home with your friends and family. The first bedroom is located on the main floor with a new in 2022 King sized bed with the bathroom located just off the hallway. There is a loft upstairs with two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request! There is a second bathroom located upstairs with a walk-in shower. This condo is the Maui getaway that you've been dreaming of!Maui Vista offers wonderful amenities for guests including three swimming pools, three tennis courts, three pickle ball courts, and BBQ Grills! Each building has an elevator for your convenience.Maui Vista is centrally located in South Kihei with Charley Young Beach right across the street. It is walking distance to Kalama Beach Park, shops, restaurants, dining and more! Great property

Excellent location and nearby amenities. Property was exactly as described. Had a small plumbing issue and the owners arrived within an hour to repair. Very impressed with the responsiveness.

The perfect location

Unlike others for whom a trip to Hawaii means getting away from it all, I go to visit very complex family members. Having a peaceful place to which I can retire between visits is important. Maui Vista provides that and then some. The beach is across Kihei Road. Groceries, shops and restaurants are all a short walk in both directions. The amenities are good. There are two tennis courts as well as a pool. All that is lacking is an on-site gym, which would be a nice addition.
