Overall a great stay. Close to downtown Breck and the ski lifts. A little dated interior, but would stay again.

What an Amazing View and more!

Did I mention the view? Spectacular scenery overlooking the slopes of Breck! This place was absolutely perfect for our stay - spacious and lovely. Check in was a breeze. The bed was comfortable including the fold out couch. This condo is more than well-equipped And most importantly the owner's communication was quick and friendly! We will return!

New Year’s Eve Ski Trip

Our family had a great stay. The property is just a few minutes from town. We had a rental car and sometimes drove to town but we also used the bus. The bus times are fairly reliable with the exception of two or three hours after the ski lifts close due to traffic in town. Plenty of hot water for the shower and jacuzzi tub though there’s about a millimeter between ice cold and scalding hot water on the shower faucet handle. We had a great view of the fireworks from the porch on New Year’s Eve. The snow shovels provided at each building also helped us dig our car out of the snow in the mornings.

Why they chose this property

This is our yearly Colorado get-a-way. We love the condo with the great view and the fireplace. It is only one bedroom, but it is 1300 square feet. It sleeps 4, but we have always had at least 5, plenty of room for kids. The second bathroom is a plus. The kitchen is bigger than mine at home and has everything you could need to cook except food. Will miss not being in the mountains this year.
