Quietly raised area with walking distance to the beach and cycling distance to the cozy village and all the shops. Close to many nice hiking areas, beaches, lakes and the sea.

Original Swedish experience

Lovely colourful house with lots of space for a Family. We found everything we needed during our stay. With very little children it is easiest by car to get quickly to the Supermarket, village or the beach. Lovely beach in 15 min. Walking distance.

Mysig stuga med bra läge

Bodde här med mina två flickor på 12 och 15 år. Mysig stuga som kändes hemtrevlig. Gick snabbt att gå/cykla till Beachhandbollsområdet. Stugan ligger i ett tyst och lugnt område. Det enda vi saknade var en micro, annars var allt perfekt. Snabb och trevlig kontakt med värden. Vi kommer väldigt gärna tillbaka!

Tolles Ferienhaus für die Familie

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern hier verbracht. Vor allem der Garten mit dem eigenen Waldstück hat uns gut gefallen. Es sind viele Spielsachen vorhanden (drinnen und draußen). Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und bunt, zwar etwas älter, als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten, aber wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Einziges Mako war, dass sich stellenweise die Farbe von den Dielen (vor allem im Wohnzimmer) löst und an Händen und Füßen der Kinder haften bleibt. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigen. In der Küche gibt es mehr als ausreichend Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck und Geschirr. Auch hier vieles alt, aber gut in Schuss. Weder eine Spülmaschine noch eine Mikrowelle sind vorhanden, wie man auch der Beschreibung entnehmen kann. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage war für uns genau richtig, man kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand (ca 10 Minuten) oder in den Ort mit Spielplatz (ca. 20 Minuten) laufen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es mehr als genug. Mit dem Auto in 3-4 Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut, Martin hat auf alle Fragen immer schnell, freundlich und hilfreich reagiert.

Schönes Haus mit traumhaften Garten

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Åhus verbracht. Das Haus ist total urig, bestens ausgestattet und besitzt einen tollen Garten. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant - alles in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer hübschen und ruhigen Straße / Siedlung. Alles prima!

Sehr schönes Haus mit wundervollem großen Garten

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und alles war wie beschrieben. Der Garten mit Waldstück ist sehr groß und sehr schön. Das Haus ist ein klassisches schwedisches Holzhaus mit viel Charme. Ein Hinweis für Hundebesitzer: Am gesamten Strand in Ahus ist vom 15.5. bis 15.9. komplettes Hundeverbot (auch morgens und abends) und es gibt auch keinen Hundestrandbereich. Der nächste (allerdings sehr schöne) Hundestrand ist mit dem Auto 15 Minuten südlich gelegen.

Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen

Sehr schönes, authentisches Schwedenhaus mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Tolles Waldgrundstück trotzdem Nähe zum Strand und Innenstadt (je 5 min mit Fahrrad). Das oft bemängelten Bad im Keller war aus unserer Sicht einwandfrei. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte uns nur eine Mikrowelle, ansonsten war alles da. Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Vi var två småbarnsfamiljer i samma hus, vilket huset var perfekt för! Letade efter mikrovågsugn, men inget som tvunget behövs. Superbra läge lätt att ta sig utan bil. Mysig trädgård med många ställen att sitta på och fotboll plats för barn att busa 😀 Lite för många husdjur för min smak, men det gick att råda bot på 😉

Bra men önskar mer utförlig beskrivning

Väldigt mysig liten stuga där vi alla trivdes bra under vår vistelse. Ett plus hade varit om det stod mer utförligt vad som fanns i huset. Vi hade köpt en grill för vår vistelse men det fanns nyligen inköpt i stugan. Ett annat plus för de som kommer hit med barn hade varit en barngrind på väg upp till andra våningen där vår dotter ramlade ett par gånger.

Bra torp med bra läge

Utgick från torpet för cykelutflykter i nejden, fungerade utmärkt fixa stadiga frukostar med många sittalternativ Utomhus i sol el skugga alt inomhus runt köksbordet eller i matsalen vid brasan. Vi grillade och fixade lunch några gånger men de flesta måltiderna åt vi på restaurang. Nära med cykel för kvälldsopp eller till restaurangerna i centrum.

Wonderful house....

Das Haus war wunderschön. Ein typisches schwedisches Sommerhaus. Die Umgebung, der Strand und die kleine Stadt war sehr schön. Der Urlaub dort lädt zum Abschalten und Ausruhen ein. Einziges Manko ist das Bad ansonsten alles ok.

Sängarnas komfort i sovrummet på entré plan dåliga. Stor inhängnad trägård mycket bra för barn o hund. Rymlig bostad men badrummet ett stort minus. Lugnt o trivsamt område med gångavstånd till strand o stad. Önskvärt en bättre skötsel av trägården runt huset.

Fint hus. Fin beliggenhed

Huset levede helt op til vores forventninger. Både indendørs og på udearealerne. Meget hyggeligt og børnevenligt (jeg havde 5 børn med, som jeg prøvede det af på :-) ). Huset ligger i gåafstand til den fine sandstrand og til byen. Kontakten til udlejeren gik hurtigt og perfekt. Kan helt klart anbefales...
