*PARKING: This complex offers (1) covered, assigned parking space under the building. No parking pass is required. Overflow parking is allowed in any unassigned space. Please refrain from parking in other assigned parking spaces.

*PETS: This property IS NOT pet friendly. Any evidence of a pet on site will result in fines and possible eviction!

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

MOONRAKER 3:
Quaint 1 bedroom/ 1 bath unit centrally located in Gulf Shores offers everything you and your family will need for a memorable vacation! The open Living/ Dining/ Kitchen combo offers a Sofa with recliner, and Mounted Television. The adjacent Kitchen is compact, yet it offers a new refrigerator, electric stove/oven, and microwave. The cabinets offer plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and other items needed for preparing your meals during your stay, but no dishwasher is provided. A small dining table with seating for 2, perfectly fits on the wall under the mounted television,and is a great space for enjoying meals.

The Bedroom offers a Queen bed, a large closet for storing your personal belongings, a mounted television, and access to a private balcony. A full bath features a tub/ shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. There is no washer/dryer located in the unit, however a laundry room is offered on site for convenience. Moonraker offers DEEDED beach access directly across the street from the complex, as well as an outdoor pool and BBQ area. This budget friendly unit is perfect for a quick getaway or even an extended stay.

Area Attractions close by are: Waterville USA, OWA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

It was a perfect spot for a little getaway for my 2 grown kids , 1 grandchild and myself. Close to the beach, everything was clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

Enjoyed our stay at the condo. I’ve seen a few reviews talking about upgrades needed to the place. I will say this, the description and pictures are very accurate of the condo. It is not fancy by any means but it is clean, quiet and convenient to the beach. One thing that I feel should be upgraded is putting key code door lock instead of having to keep up with a key. Also, the main living area has curtains up and when you go to shut the door when you leave it is nearly impossible to shut the curtains leaving the full glass door open for anyone walking by to see everything in the room. Adding blinds will be so much better. I was not comfortable just having all of our things just open in clear view. There are also not any fans in the condo and the bedroom gets really really hot, so make sure to bring fans. There is not a dishwasher which is stated in the description, but there also isn’t any dish soap provided to wash dishes. The balcony/walkway is a little sketchy because there are several areas where the wood is rotted and I was a little scared to walk across. But the complex is overall nice and we would stay there again for sure. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to all my questions very quickly. The pool is hot anytime you get it in, but was still enjoyable. If stairs are an issue for you this isn’t the best place. The ocean is located just a short 5mins across the road and we never had an issue getting across the road. Great place overall.
