This executive furnished home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, chef's kitchen, open floor plan, ocean and canyon views from all rooms, solar system, grey water system, A/C and elevator. Home is designed for entertaining and situated on a private street with ample parking for guests. This is a must see property for the discriminating person who refuses to live the “ordinary" lifestyle. Dogs are welcome and the private road with a trail at the end is perfect for dog walking. Pick fresh avocados, grapefruit and oranges in season, or fresh herbs from the kitchen garden. Free trolley runs into town from the end of the road. Extremely private and quiet retreat, but just a few minutes from the beach and downtown Laguna Beach dining, music, shopping and art festivals.
