You will hear/see heavy construction equipment, workers present, loud noise, concrete work. Children not recommended.

You will have full access to our beautifully remodeled studio condo to enjoy your beach vacation. Located on the 9th floor looking southwest you will be amazed at the ocean views. Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, the whole deal, beautiful marble like tile floor. The updates continue into the bathroom with a walk in shower. The condo is located across the street from Bonita Beach with a pedestrian cross walk for easy access. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, sheets, towels, beach towels & chairs. We also provide a starter kit for your basic essentials toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap ect. It doesn't get much better than this.

well the location is excellent , the view is awesome , but the bed is umcorfortable , the mattress needed to be changed 5 years ago , same the as the sofa bed , whit that beautiful balcony a coffee table would be great , but the place was clean & the location is excellent

beach paradise

9th floor wonderful view of the beach and sunsets!, also sunrises on the deck. quiet building. Owner was very helpful with checkin and any other requests. Very convienient to beach and Docs bar across the street.
