This is the great beach cottage your family is looking for! Sea La Vie is an updated lower level of a classic beach duplex on Wrightsville Beach. The front of the house has a large deck with lots of seating, and plenty of stay to enjoy the ocean and sound breeze. There is plenty of seating in the living room to watch movies together, and there is a large dining room table off the kitchen that seats 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need.

There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom in the back of the house. Off the kitchen is the first bedroom with a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third and final bedroom has a king size bed as well as a TV. There is a full bathroom at the back of the house with a bathtub.

Access the sound at the end of the street; great for swimming, paddle boarding, or kayaking If you need more space you can also rent the top floor of this duplex! See Sea La Vie WB Whole, with both levels it is a 6 bedroom, 2 bath unit that sleeps 12!

SeaLaVie - Lower - 5 Stars

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family (2 adults, 2 kids 9 and 11) stayed on the lower level of SeaLaVie and it was great. The entire duplex has been recently renovated (with purpose- the finishing was excellent). this week was really hot, AC was strong, short walk to the beach and Pier, 2 car parking was easy and the owners were staying above us. No washer/Dryer, but not really need for 1 week at the beach, and owner actually went out of his way to get a charcoal grill for us to use. Over all it was a great week/great vacation and exactly what we needed with plenty of room for our family. Thank you all very much for an excellent week.

Inconsistent contract

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first and last time I will be using intercoastal to rent a house. During our stay, we have been extremely disappointed with the rent. We had no washer and dryer as was promised in their contract. The water system in the house itself was either broken or gave only saltwater to us. But the worst was to find out that we had been sleeping on a matress that was filled with dark stains all over it. How can an agency let their clients sleep on such a filthy matress. The only positive thing in this house was the location and the neighborhood. We would otherwise have just left the premise as soon as we got there.
