Single storey house with a surface area of 90 m² ideally located in a quiet residential area close to the sea, not far from the city center and shops easily accessible by bicycle (10 minutes) and by car.
Covered market every morning in summer.
Close to a sailing club, an equestrian center, the tennis club, the little train of Saint Trojan as well as the port and its restaurants.
Located at the southern tip of the island, three beaches with different characteristics are nearby: "Gatseau beach" rather family and often sheltered from the wind (10 minutes by bike) with access to the wild point of Maumusson, "small beach "for sailing activities facing the mainland (2 minutes by bike), and finally the" big beach "with its waves for surf lovers, Atlantic side (20 minutes by bike).
Most of the access to the beaches is facilitated by cycle paths.
The house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. (one of 140 * 190 and one of 140 * 200), large closet and adjoining bathroom. The toilets are independent. The third bedroom with storage has a loft bed 1 pers 90 * 190 (6 years minimum) and a bed of 120 * 180, and is accessible from the outside.
The living-dining room has a table for 6 people with chairs, a sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV with TNT decoder and a sofa bed for sleeping 140 * 190.
The fitted kitchen is open to the dining room and has access to the utility room where the washing machine is located, an occasional table as well as ironing and cleaning equipment.
At the rear of the house, the 30m² veranda, ideal for cool evenings and rainy moments, provides additional living space.
At the front of the house, there is a first south-facing terrace, under an awning, and behind, a patio is sheltered from the wind with access to the third bedroom. A second south-facing terrace, which is accessed by a secure staircase through a gate, is surrounded by a small garden.
Holidaymakers will appreciate this functional and pleasant house which is located in a calm and restful environment, but also allowing access to multiple activities for a busy holiday. In addition, this place is privileged for the use of the bicycle and finally being able to put the car aside.
