Great location, great apartment! Plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Cafes, restaurants, shopping, and metro all nearby. Easy check-in/check-out.

Happy stay

The apartment is clean, modern and well equipped. The location is superb. We love the 15eme, and here you are away from the main tourist crowds with easy access to the metro and bus to go anywhere. The local food shopping, with Monoprix and the marché, etc. is all close by. The apartment is quiet, safe and comfortable.

Successful Stay in Paris

This was a nice size of apartment for two adults staying in Paris for a week. The bed was comfortable, and multiple sheets and towels were provided. The kitchen was also well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, and instruction manuals were present for all appliances. The washing machine was easy to use. The terrace was a nice addition, and the apartment complex was relatively quiet throughout our stay. The area is also very nice - there are many cafes, coffee shops, bakeries, and grocery stores a short walk away. A big metro stop (LA Motte-Picquette-Grenelle) is also nearby, making transportation to anywhere we needed to go very easy and quick. Despite the close proximity of the metro stop, it was still quiet at all times of day.

Agréable séjour

Appartement récent, confortable, isolé et au calme avec une cuisine bien équipée. Situé dans un quartier très agréable, cet appartement est à proximité de 3 lignes de métro (6, 8 et 10) et des commerces. Bon à savoir : Tous les mercredis et dimanches matins, un grand marché sous le métro aérien. Que du bonheur ! Chantal

Appartamento comodo in posizione favolosa

L'appartamento ha spazi adeguati per quattro persone, è curato in ogni dettaglio, pulito e fornito di tutto (stoviglie, biancheria, occorrente per le pulizie, lavatrice, lavastoviglie). Il balcone è uno spazio esterno ben arredato ed ideale per mangiare in quattro all'aperto. La posizione è fantastica, in una bella zona di Parigi e proprio di fronte una fermata di metropolitana.

Good place, good location

The place was strategic located, close to metro, the Eiffel Tower, rue de Commerce shopping streets, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, cafés, etc. What I didn’t like about the place was that the washroom had no ventilation or window, the washing machine was a pain to operate, no dryer, the kitchen tap was broken, and the weather was hot and the fan was barely working. Air conditioning would have been helpful.

L'appartamento di Marie-Thérèse è ottimamente equipaggiato, gradevole, caldo ed estremamente funzionale. A pochi passi da due stazioni della metropolitana e da tre linee (6, 8, 10). Il palazzo è estremamente silenzioso e molto curato. Nei dintorni si trova tutto il necessario. Letto ottimo con reti ortopediche di ultima generazione. Marie-Thérèse è una proprietaria estremamente gentile ed elegante: le comunicazioni sono state sempre veloci, efficiente ed educate. Ritornerò con estremo piacere in questo appartamento. L'appartement de Marie-Thérèse est bien équipé, très agréable, bien chaleureux et extrêmement fonctionnel. Très proche à deux stations du métro et à trois lignes (6, 8, 10). Le bâtiment est extrêmement calme et bien entretenu. Dans le quartier (15), vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Excellent lit avec sommiers orthopédiques de dernière génération. Marie-Thérèse est une propriétaire extrêmement gentille et élégante : les communications ont toujours été rapides, efficaces et polies. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir dans cet appartement.

Perfect Apartment - clean & comfortable!

Our stay in Marie's apartment was fantastic. The building is fairly new and the apartment is well designed & decorated. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the space. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc., which is not always the case in a rental apartment, and the large bathroom and shower are an added bonus! We will definitely book again the next time we are in Paris.
