About this property

We are offering a private 4 bedroom (sleeps 10 and has 6 beds), 2 bath guest ranch house with full kitchen, laundry room, and a 10 person granite bar top island. It was completely remodeled in 2015 complete with granite counter tops, new cabinets, carpet and tile throughout while maintaining the 1902 ambiance of flow through windows on bedrooms, decorative window trim, and a front porch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. It is located on our private ranch at the foot of the majestic Big Horn Mountains between Buffalo and Sheridan Wyoming. Enjoy coffee on the porch or a fire with propane firepit with views of horses, cattle, and wildlife. Enjoy 2 miles of Clear Creek for the fishing enthusiast and prairie dog hunting when available. We also offer full service hunts- trophy Mule deer, white tail, antelope, and Bull and Cow Elk hunts are available. Booking now for 2021. Property is kid friendly and has a swing set and half court basketball pad plus fire pit and grill.

Best vacation accomodations in years

This was the ideal location for our trip. Awesome layout, very comfortable home and very relaxing. After a long day out it was incredibly relaxing to sit on the porch and watch the horses. I'd love to stay here next year when I'm back in Wyoming.

The best part of our trip!

This working ranch was a wonderful stop on our trip - the family was kind, the animals were so fun, the hiking was great for these city folks and the views were spectacular! I cannot recommend this house enough!

Spacious Ranch House

Pros: This property’s host is friendly and responsive, the setting is beautiful, the house is big with a modern kitchen, washer and dryer, large family room with comfy couches, and a big bar for family dinners. Cons: we enjoyed our stay, but limited water pressure with a mild sulfur smell from the well water was an issue, as was the minimally appointed bedrooms. Each could use curtains (no sleeping in!) and bedside tables with lamps. Better quality linens would be a bonus, too. This house will be a comfy vacay spot for many families!

Another Great Stay

We have stayed at this remodeled farmhouse twice now, and have been very comfortable and happy with our stay both times. The house is quiet, the surrounding area is serene, and the stars are absolutely beautiful at night. My family and I look forward to staying again on our next cross-country adventure.
