This spectacular ground floor unit has no stairs and is located in the Hawk Ridge Condo Complex which is less than 1/4 mile from Mesquite's top rated Wolf Creek Championship Golf Course.

Located just about and hour northeast of Las Vegas, Mesquite offers lots to do with 7 Championship golf courses with casinos, spas and dining all close by. St George Utah, Bryce and Zion National Parks are well worth the drive and day trip options.

Quiet, and beautifully decorated, this unit offers you a comfortable home away from home. Enjoy the view of the park and golf course from the patio, while enjoying Mesquite's warm temperatures.

The spacious, comfortable living room has a 55" TV with cable and there is vinyl flooring throughout the unit.

Free WIFI and guest controlled AC/Heat.

Our granite counter topped kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need for cooking.

There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The primary bedroom has a full bath, King bed, TV w/remote and ceiling fan.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV w/remote and ceiling fan.

There is one covered, reserved parking spot per unit as well as several guest spots throughout the complex.

The complex also offers plenty of RV and boat parking, if needed. Please let me know prior to your stay and I will provide you with the HOA requirements for parking.

There is an on site club house with a fitness center, heated pool, spa and charcoal BBQ's in and around the common areas.

In addition, just a step outside and down the sidewalk to Marilyn Park where there is a sand volleyball court, a full sized basket ball court, BBQ area and a covered picnic area and a children's play area.

We have 3 units in the Hawk Ridge Complex so if your dates are unavailable for this unit please check out our other units. VRBO #1246618 and #1984396. We also have a unit in The Springs Complex, VRBO#2632733. All of our units are on the ground floor with no stairs.

***Your Pup is welcome and we do have a non-refundable $50 pet fee included when you book.

Our check in time is 4:00pm PST and our check out time is 10:00am PST. If you are booking a future reservation (not same day) you may check in anytime after 4:00pm. Unfortunately, we cannot accept same day reservations after 7:00pm PST. Thanks for considering us!

Mesquite Adventure

This condo was perfect. We enjoyed great golf courses and a day trip to Zion National Park while staying at this property. The owner, Debi, provided timely and informative communication with us prior to our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had great views (including the sunset). I recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Mesquite Nevada.

Cute and clean 2 bed/2bath

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Very spacious. Kitchen had what we needed to be able to cook. Nice pots and pans. Enough dishes and silverware that we didn’t have to wash them every time we ate. The beds were super comfortable. Linens and towels were new, clean and nice. Location was great to be able to get on the freeway quick and close to stores but was tucked back enough so it felt private. Liked having the park as the front yard. Only issues we had was that the condo had a smell every time you entered it. I couldn’t quite place the smell and didn’t know if it was because they allowed dogs but then I saw neighbors smoking cigars above the unit and on the side of the unit. But once we were inside for a while you got used to the smell. The condo is not close to the pool, which the pool and sitting area are on the smaller side for how many units are in the complex. Usually was pretty crowded. Also the fitness center was not the greatest. With all of that said, I would stay here again and was probably one of the best rental properties that we have stayed in for the price.
