Location agréable, tout est bien mis à part un bémol sur la batterie de cuisine ( propriétaire au courant). On a trouvé que les charges étaient élevées piur une semaine. Depuis 20 ans que nous louons, c'est la 1Úre fois que les charges ne sont pas inclus dans le montant de la location. Sinon, location agreable à recommander.

Appartement idéal à la belle saison

Appartement propre, bien agencĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ© avec une vue superbe. Son accĂšs direct Ă  la plage permet de profiter d’autant plus des balades. La proximitĂ© des commerces Ă  pied et un emplacement de parking au bas de la rĂ©sidence sont Ă©galement apprĂ©ciables. Cet appartement est idĂ©al en pĂ©riode estivale pour profiter de la plage et de la rĂ©gion. En revanche, l’appartement mĂ©riterait quelques investissements pour prĂ©tendre ĂȘtre louĂ© pour un sĂ©jour en pĂ©riode hivernale. La plupart des radiateurs sont vĂ©tustes et Ă©nergivores. Des dĂ©fauts d’isolation (velux de l’étage, porte d’entrĂ©e) laissent passer le froid. Comme nous avons Ă©tĂ© vigilants pour ne pas abuser du chauffage, et bien que pas particuliĂšrement frileux, nous avons Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©s de garder nos gros pulls ! En dĂ©pit de ces prĂ©cautions, nous avons tout de mĂȘme dĂ» nous acquitter de charges exorbitantes pour 3 jours
 Le prix global reste raisonnable mais cette maniĂšre de procĂ©der ternit obligatoirement les avis, aussi positifs soient-ils. Par ailleurs, mĂȘme si la mise Ă  disposition de produits de premiĂšre nĂ©cessitĂ© n’est en aucun cas une obligation et reste une grande qualitĂ© de la part de certains hĂŽtes, vos vacanciers apprĂ©cieraient trouver ne serait-ce qu’un seul produit d’entretien
