This newer construction vacation rental home has 4-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with 2,507 square feet of living space for comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 8 adults and children. The property boasts picturesque views of forest and mountainous terrain setting in a quiet neighborhood.

This spectacular property combines the comforts of home with the luxuries of being away. Upon arrival, the beautiful eye catching exterior of rustic stone and wood is sure to set the tone for an epic Tahoe adventure.
Inside the home is split into two levels with a welcoming, spacious main level and a cozy lower level. The upper level has a warm, high ceiling, open concept kitchen, dining, living room, master bedroom and a half bathroom. The main space is tastefully decorated with wood accents and comfortable furnishings including a lavish reclining sofa set and leather armchair. Relax in front of the beautiful stone and wood fireplace and make yourself at home.
The fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances, gorgeous wood cabinetry and island bar seating is sure to bring out the inner chef. The dining room with it’s large rustic dining table (for eight) will bring your group together for some food, laughter and fun. Enjoy the second-story patio, equipped with a gas grill and take in the fresh alpine air along with the breathtaking mountain views.
Retire at the end of your day in the large king sized canopy framed bed in the master bedroom. It includes a flat-screen Smart TV, working desk, private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity and soaking tub. The remaining three bedrooms are in the lower level of the home which also features a cozy family room with a leather sectional, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a full bathroom.

This home in the serene Christmas Valley neighborhood, one of the top locale’s in Tahoe. It backs up to National Forest land offering great views and quick access to trails to the Upper Truckee River right from the backyard. During the winter months, it is within 15 minutes drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort and Sierra-At-Tahoe, both offering various skiing and boarding terrains for all skill levels. Kirkwood and other ski resorts are also within driving range. The summertime offers countless water sports and other recreational activities including shopping, golfing, hiking and relaxing on the beach.

- NO PETS allowed
- NO events, parties and large gatherings. (El Dorado County Ordinance §5.56.090 A3)
- Quiet hours and maximum occupancy must be observed between 10pm and 8am.
- No street parking during winter months or at any time snow is on the ground. (El Dorado County Ordinances §5.56.110 and §10.12.170-180)
- Weekly garbage collection is on Monday mornings. Collect all trash and dispose of in the bear-proof garbage box. DO NOT leave any trash outside of the bear box. (El Dorado County Ordinance §8.7.6.100)
- EACH and EVERY violation above may incur a $500 fine, additional cleaning fees and guests may be subject to immediate eviction. Additional $75 per person fine will be assessed if maximum occupancy limit is discovered to be violated.
BOOKING POLICIES
- A cleaning fee of $295 and 14% County Transient Occupancy Tax are required for this property

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE RESTRICTIONS:
- Area rangers strictly enforce all Vacation Rental ordinances (max occupancy, parking, noise violations, camping, etc.) If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2000.
- Avoid citations by following all community rules as outlined in the rental agreement and observe quiet hours between 10pm to 8am. (El Dorado County Ordinance §5.56.090 A2 and §5.56.120)
- Only park in designated spaces (garage and paved driveway). Vehicles are not allowed on the street during winter months or at any time snow is on the ground to allow for snow removal services. (El Dorado County Ordinances §5.56.110 and §10.12.170-180)
- Camping and/or campfires on the property grounds are strictly prohibited.

We love bringing our family to this beautiful and peaceful area to escape the hustle and bustle of the Bay Area. We spend the summers splashing in the various lakes and hiking on the numerous trails. We spend the winters throwing snow balls, making snow angels and skiing.
