Set on the largest lot in the community, the home offers exceptional privacy and resort-style living. Inside, you’ll find jade-inlaid stone floors, a gourmet kitchen, whole-home sound, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a full coffee bar. Optional chef and housekeeping services are available for a truly effortless stay. Important note regarding cell service: This remote south PS location can have good, spotty, poor or no cell service depending upon the carrier you use. A land line is provided in case you experience issues while in residence.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place wet or dirty towels in the tub or shower Be sure to refrigerate any food items that you must leave behind. Turn OFF the heat to private pool or hot tub Depart on time: (normally 11:00 AM).
Return keys provided, gate clickers, garage clickers to the basket/bowl on the coffee bar.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest acknowledges that they have read the remarks and will sign and return the vacation agreement and will provide their address.
Guest will provide address, sign, return vacation agreement and acknowledge owner disclosures.
Tenant understands that Residence Portfolio is a booking agency and not a management company.
