Studio Plein Sud village center

Ideally located in the village center of Grand Bornand, with bay window and south-facing terrace with views of the Aravis chain and the Tournette.
The orientation of the terrace allows you to enjoy the garden furniture as soon as the sun appears.
Many restaurants or dishes prepared nearby.
The shuttle stop in front of the building and the bus station at 200m allow you quick access to the ski lifts located at 900m.
The kitchen was completely renovated at the end of 2015 with all the necessary equipment.
The location allows you to do everything without a car during your stay.
You can enjoy your moments of relaxation inside the apartment with the books at your disposal, or in front of a good film (reader of USB keys or DVD), or during a pancake party.
Since 2016 a washing machine is at your disposal to lighten your stay.
For small children, a travel cot and a special baby chair are available.
For skiers, a sports and ski rental shop is located at the foot of the chalet and a closed and individual ski locker is available to store all your equipment.
New in 2017: new 140 * 200cm sofa bed, comfortable and very easy to unfold / fold.

Appréciation de notre sejour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, le temps était magnifique et la résidence est tres bien située à proximité des commerces. Le les navettes qui nous emmènent partout même à La Clusaz et tout ça gratuitement et à intervalles réguliers. Nous y retournerons sans problème si notre santé. Appartement tres bien pourvu. Des bouchons doreille sont utiles pour entendre moins les voitures le matin si on a l ouïe fine bien sûr

Très bon séjour dans le village et bien organisé pour skier.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. L'hébergement est au pied du village et des commodités (commerces de proximités, navettes gratuites pour les stations de ski), et des visites proposées par l'office de tourisme et le trajet est très facile (pas de grandes côtes, éclairé). Le plus est la terrasse et le RDC pour cet hébergement. Par ailleurs, tout est très bien expliqué et l'hôte très réactif. N'hésitez pas. Merci !

CALME ET REPOSANT

Appartement bien situé aucun bruit calme et reposant très bien équipé, le ski bus au pieds de l'appartement, une très belle vue sur la chaînes des Aravis. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Parfait

cette location a était prise pour des vacances skis. il est très bien situé, la navette pour nous emmener au télécabine se trouve en face de la résidence. ce qui est parfait. on est tout prêt du centre (boulangerie, supérette, café, resto) tout peut se faire à pied. quand à l'appartement en lui même est bien équipé, four, micro onde, lave linge, lave vaisselle, raclette.. la literie est correct, et il y a une terrasse vu sur les aravis. juste un petit bemol, pas de wifi. mais nos forfaits passent bien. je recommande cette location

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Nous avons loué début février avant les vacances scolaires. Superbe location, le logement est très bien aménagé, avec tous les équipements nécessaires (lave-linge, lave vaisselle, etc. ). La vue est chouette. L'arrêt de bus pour aller à la station de ski (10 min) est juste à côté de l'immeuble (la carte d'abonnement était fourni avec le logement). Pour les courses, il y a 2 magasins markets dans le village accessibles à pieds. La station est idéale avec des enfants, car il y a notamment de longues pistes vertes et bleues. Moi qui n'aime pas le ski, j'ai fait un stage de poterie à l'atelier du prunier à Thones. L'été l'atelier se fait au grand Bornand. C'est Top ! (ambiance, réalisation....). Merci à tous pour l'accueil.

Location bien située et bien exposée

Location bien située dans le village et proche des navettes. Le jardin exposé plein sud est très agréable. Le logement est bien équipé et propre. Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances.

Logement conforme à l'annonce; bonne situation dans le village. Petit bémol, les draps et les serviettes loués à la Conciergerie ne sont pas de qualité, abîmés et sentant le renfermé malgré un prix élevé pour la location du linge.

Confortable et accueillant mais à moderniser 😉

Très agréable séjour dans le studio. Le canapé-lit est très confortable et l’ensemble est fonctionnel. Certains ustensiles pourraient être remplacés ou ajoutés, et des vrais verres à vin appréciés 😉. Côté pratique, la machine à laver et le lave-vaisselle sont un plus. La salle de douche mériterait aussi une mise à jour (pommeau à attacher et joints à rafraîchir), mais la pression et la chaleur en ont été très appréciés après une bonne journée de ski. Enfin, des rangements plus conséquents seraient appréciables aussi pour une famille de 4. Merci pour l’accueil et la rapidité des réponses!

Prestation correcte !

Nous avons séjourné ce mois de mars dans cet appartement et les prestations annoncées ont été respectées. La terrasse est très agréable et très bien orientée pour profiter des rayons de soleil. Aussi, l'appartement est bien situé : à 5 mn du centre du Grand Bornand, juste en face du meilleur restaurant de la station, et à côté d'un arrêt de la navette qui vous emmène sur les pistes ! Juste un bémol : certains accessoires étaient cassés ou hors état de marche (planche à découper fendue et lampe avec ampoule usagée). Mais à part ces petits détails, rien à signaler !

Promesses tenues avec un studio confortable et très bien équipé, lumineux, avec une vue dégagée sur la chaîne des Aravis. Navette à côté de l'immeuble pour les remontées mécaniques. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Très calme. Vacances de Pâques avec 2 enfants très réussies. Possibilité de louer le studio d'à côté pour venir à deux familles.
