Wonderful stay

Thanks to the very nice owner we managed to get our holiday sorted out within the dates we had . The property has had a recent refurbishment and looks nice. It's very close to Cabourg centre and the beach. Well recommended and wouldn't hesitate using again .

Séjour agréable

Séjour agréable (10 jours),la résidence est calme et bien entretenue. Petit soucis cependant avec la place de parking,plusieurs fois «occupée »par d’autres véhicules ,l’affichage du numéro n’étant pas assez visible,ni aucune indication que ce soit une place privée. Appartement sympa,bien agencé,bien décoré,cependant inventaire à revoir ,il manque des verres et des couverts. Verrou de salle de bain très compliqué à fermer( (surtout avec des enfants). Il faut quand même souligner les nombreux équipements proposés dans l’appartement (choix de plusieurs cafetières,de quoi cuisinier,plats…)et de nombreux flyers pour nous indiquer quoi faire dans le coin. L’appartement est très bien situé,proche centre ville et plage ,pas mal de boutiques au centre ville pour les petits cadeaux..mention spéciale pour celle de cosmétiques faits mains « Ma Kibell » .. À Houlgate une super plage ainsi qu’un super restaurant « Le Royalty » .. Magasin LIDL pas loin et un super rayon poissonnerie chez super U. Les propriétaires sont assez réactifs en cas de besoin… Si nous avons une petite « critique » si je puis dire c’est qu’il faudrait un passage de quelqu’un entre 2 locations pour vérifier que tout est OK pour les locataires suivants (ménage,inventaire,fonctionnement des appareils…etc)… Merci encore pour votre réactivité Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et si l’occasion de présente nous n’hésiterons pas à y revenir.

Appartement bien agencé et bien décoré situé dans un endroit calme et pas très loin de la plage. il y a un carrefour market pas très loin. Le plus c'est la place de parking numérotée allouée au logement Si nous revenons à Cabourg nous n'hésiterions pas à choisir cette location

Appartement tres bien équipé bonne réactivité du propriétaire qui a ete facilitant tant pour notre arrivée que notre depart. On peut tout faire a pieds et c'est appreciable. Seul bemol la salle d'eau pas tres adaptée aux plus grands.

L’appartement est agréable même s’il serait souhaitable de changer le matelas de la grande chambre. Il est propre et bien entretenu. Il est très bien situé à 900 m de la mer et du centre . Par ailleurs la copropriété est vieillissante et aurait besoin d’être rénovée. Les appartements sont mal isolés : les voisins prennent des douches à minuit et le gardien sort les poubelles à partir de 6 h 30 ..

La réponse à votre demande de location est rapide. Le propriétaire est chamant, moment d'échange agréable, les consignes sont données par téléphone et un petit livret vous est adressé par mail. L'appartement est très agréable, bien situé, hyper bien équipé, luminieux dans une résidence au calme et verdoyante. Par ailleurs, vous aurez la chance d'assister à un magnifique couché de soleil du balcon. Un super moment de détente à renouveller. Merci beaucoup
