Christmas Mountain Village is a four season resort. The resort offers a wide variety of amenities, including snow skiing, snow boarding, snow tubing, 27-hole golf courses, one indoor and four seasonal outdoor swimming pools, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, FREE miniature golf, tennis courts, workout facilities, sauna, fishing (no fishing license required), and FREE paddleboat use. Christmas Mountain Village offers plenty to see and do both on and off the resort property for all ages.

2 BEDROOM 1 BATH COTTAGE:
Approximately 650 square feet. Wood or gas fireplace. Ceiling fan, central air, television and DVD, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, phone, and an open air deck with chairs. This vacation home sleeps up to six; one king bed, one queen bed, and a sleeper sofa.

No pets, no smoking.

Check in is 4 PM and Check out is 10 AM.

We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back next year!

The cottage we stayed in was plenty big for my family of six, including four little ones. The photos don’t do it justice it is much bigger than it looks we loved it. Everything was Great except for the indoor children’s pool which was very rough on the bottom. We are already planning on booking a trip again for next year and can’t wait!

Not as Described, Smelled Terrible And Host Would not Help

This property was not as described. It was much smaller than the pictures described. It had a very bad small, musty-not pleasant. We checked in with the resort at Christmas Mountain and when we went back to tell them about it they said they couldn’t help us because it was rented out by the person who was responsible for these particular cabins. So, we contacted the owners who said they would call the desk and call us back, which they never did. We contacted the owners again and they said the desk tried calling us (and they didn’t). By this time, hours later, we were just ready to leave. We went back to the desk again and turned in our keys and left. We never stayed there. We asked owners for a partial refund. We expected to pay for the day and possibly get a refund for the next two days. They would not help us. It was only after we left that they offered to find another cabin for us, but We were exhausted by the back and forth for hours, So we had left. The owners tried to tell us that the desk people tried to help us, when they did not. They said they couldn’t help us because they did not rent it to us!!! Terrible place. We got no refund at all, no sorry, nothing. This was our first experience with VRBO and it was a bad one. Doubt if we will do it again!!

The unit is described in our listing as a 650 square foot 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage. The pictures in our listing are of a 650 square foot 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage, as described. When you reported the "smell" to the front desk, you indicated that you were not interested in being moved to another cottage; you asked to be upgraded to a larger unit. This is why they were unable to accommodate you. The resort front desk called you several times at your unit and you failed to answer. When you went to check out, the resort again offered to move you to another cottage but you declined.

Fun mini spring break vacay
