Decent apartment. Location is kind of out the way. It had everything you need but is definitely dated.

Parking lot was a sheet of ice. Moldy bathrooms. Dirty vents. Bathroom filters needed to be replaced. No hot water, just warm showers. Very small tv, it was a computer monitor.

Wow, I am so sorry you found the condo to be such a disappointment. I have never seen mold in either of my bathrooms. The cleaning crew does a wonderful job. Yes the hot water does take a long time to reach the second floor but once it’s there, it’s hot. Yes the TV is going to be replaced in February. It is too small. Hopefully you had a good time skiing or boarding.
It was reasonably priced with great access to everything. Ski rental and outdoor shops. We did a few snow shoe trails within walking distance of the condo, it was freakin awesome!

Thanks for the nice review. Most renters enjoy my condo but don't write it up. Thanks again and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay.

I’ve stayed up in the treehouse condos multiple time and love it. It’s beautiful up there and the views from the condo are incredible. The condo was also very clean and reasonably priced!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Wildernest. It provided fairly easy access to Keystone along with the conveniences of nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The fireplace was nice and the kitchen was serviceable.
Excellent accommodations at a very affordable price
This property is great. Plenty of space, good amenities, easy check in and check out, and great access to skiing and local restaurants. I'd highly recommend. Some of the pictures on the listing don't do the property justice. It's nothing flashy, but it's great.

Thanks for the great review. So glad you enjoyed your stay.
The stay was great and gave us a chance to connect with friends we haven't seen in a long time. We visited four different ski resorts and enjoyed all of them. The only thing to be aware of is the noise from other units. You can hear everything.

So glad you enjoyed your stay, however, sorry about the noise. The Treehouse complex is one of the older ones up there in Wildernest so the buildings are not sound proof. The nice thing about the location, though, is the quietness outside. No highway noise. Hope you consider coming again.

This property was great for me and my family. My husband and I stayed with our three boys ages 10, 12, and 14. It was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do. My only complaint was that the walls are very thin and you could hear everything our upstairs neighbor was doing. I don’t think they were even trying to be loud but we could hear everything. This was easily remedied by running the box fan that was provided throughout the night. Everything else was great

Thanks for the nice review. So sorry about the noise though. Treehouse was one of the first complexes built up in the mountains and I'm afraid insulation was not used enough.

Ski Vacation
The property was just fine for a family of 5.It was fairly clean and organize.Internet definitely needs to improve. It breaks during peak hours. No internet, no TV.We had 1 blackout for few hours (early in the morning on Dec. 23rd).Another blackout for about 4 hours on Dec. 24th (evening). Not being able to cook for Xmas eve, we just settled for fried chicken. Pretty sad. Besides the internet issue, and blackouts, everything else was just fine. At the end we had a blast skiing in Vail, Keystone, and Breckenridge.

No action on maintenance issues
Upon check in cracked glass in cabinet, electrical outlets in twin bedroom needed replacing as they would not hold recharging plugs. , and fan in hall bathroom made terrible about to seize noises. These issues were called in, Traci said maintenance would be notified. A week later, no action. Pans were so terribly warped with severely cracked Teflon coating we were afraid to us. Fried and steamed in a single pot, large stock pot. Glad there were only two of us. Pans need replacing.

Hi Mario. So sorry to hear about your concerns with the condo. Let me address them.
Cracked glass - they were purchased new in February when I was there. Two renters since then.
Loud Fan - sorry, I didn't turn it on otherwise I would have oiled it.
Warped pans - In February there were no warped pans. There were 2 renters before you in March and not sure how they could have bent them so much. I could charge them with damage if this is the case.
Plugs in bedroom. Never had that complaint before. Many other outlets in condo. As a matter of fact I only once had a complaint about the condo and that was about the noise from above which can't be prevented due to the age of the buildings when insulating between floors wasn't done properly. Hope the rest of your stay was good and you enjoyed the slopes.
Sharon
Simple place to stay and rest when not on the slopes or in town. The lodge was clean, organized, and had any supplies we may have needed during our stay. Had confusion with the parking permit but the property management took care of it for us. Will look to stay there again in the future!
Overall, the condo worked out for our ski trip. There were some issues with appliances but the maintenance crew was very responsive and said they would be fixed for the next guest. It was close to many ski resorts and offered access to a fun club house for after hours entertainment for the kids.
Overall this place was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did have trouble when trying to use the pool and communication with property manager could have been better. Besides missing out on using the club house when we wanted to, it was an awesome stay.
We enjoyed this condo, especially having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I would recommend bringing your own pillow but everything was clean and comfortable. Nice, quick response from management when we needed some supplies.
The views were spectacular. We would definitely rent this condo again. The owner was very prompt in her responses and very helpful in planning my trip.
I have lived in the Chicago area all of my life and came to know and love Colorado in the late 90's. In 2002 I purchased my condo up in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne and use it as much as possible in the winter as well as in the summer. Since purchasing the unit, I have updated all the furnishings and linens for my appreciation as well as for the renters.
Why they chose this property
The condo is located about 4 miles off of I-70 and up high enough so it is quiet, with little traffic. The view off the balcony is spectacular. I have many "returning" renters because they are quite satisfied with the accommodations and appreciate the improvements.
What makes this property unique
Close to skiing, hiking trails and of course the Outlet Mall at the base of Wildernest.
