Preiss Heights brings you back into "the Country Charm" of being on the backroads next to the Big Town of New Braunfels and Historical Gruene...This charming cottage includes 1 king size bed and 1 sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four people comfortably. Equipped with a fully furnished kitchen with oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer, all cookware, utensils, dishes, toaster, and coffee maker. Private parking and private patio with gas grill. Fenced in area for pets (up to 20 lbs.). Towels, linens, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, big screen television with Uverse, and WiFi are also provided. Walking distance (one mile) to Gruene where you can find famous Gruene Hall- (2 min.), plentiful dining, and unique shopping. New Braunfels, just 10 min. away, offers more than 50 different dining choices, countless live music venues, antique shops, Brauntex Theatre, breweries, wineries, Guadalupe and Comal River access-(5-10 min), Schlitterbahn Water Park -(10 min), Landa Park- (5 min.), and so much more. This little home was very clean and quaint. It was a 2 minute drive to the strip without traffic, with traffic about 5-7 minutes. It was nice and private away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to all of the action. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't have more time to relax on the property much, but we'll definitely be back!
