This is the perfect location for your getaway in the heart of Newport, You can walk everywhere from the property where shopping, the wharf, restaurants and tons of other amenities await you. 2 free parking spaces are also included in a private enclosed lot.

The place is a 3 stories townhouse on 3 floors with two bedrooms (queen size beds) and one and a half baths.

** 31 days rentals minimum on July and August due to condo, City and State laws**
** Winter rentals: From September 1st to June 30th only (10 months) ***.
The first floor is the entrance and you will need to go up the stairs (13 threads) to access the living areas.

The 2nd floor includes:
1 living room with 2 sofas, furniture and a large TV with satellite (Netflix & Hulu are provided). One of the sofas unfolds into a queen size bed.
1 outside deck with 1 table, 2 chairs and 1 lounge chair. 4 additional chairs are available in the entrance closet. NO GRILLING ALLOWED ON THE DECK.
1 kitchen opens to the living room
1 dining room with 1 table, 5 chairs and a hutch.
1 closet with games
1 half bath with a sink and a toilet.
1 closet off the half bath for supply storage

You will need to go up a second set of stairs to access the 3rd floor (13 threads)
The 3rd floor includes:
1 master bedroom with a queen size bed, furniture, 2 walk-in closets.
1 guest bedroom with a queen size bed, furniture and 1 walk-in closet.
1 full bath with a shower/tub, sink, toilet. A hair dryer is located in the cabinet underneath the sink.
1 washer/dryer in the hallway and a linen closet with towels, 4 beach towels and 2 additional sets of sheets for your convenience.

Additional features include stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, central air conditioning, heat and free WIFI.

Please note the place is cleaned by a professional housekeeper before and after your stay so you can relax and do not have to worry about cleaning while on vacation. Additional cleaning services are available upon request and payable by the renter.

Children are allowed but note this townhouse is not child-proofed and on 3 levels with stairs. Renters will take full responsibility for their children and any incidents that may occur during their stay at the property.

No smoking policy inside and on the outside deck. Deposit will not be refunded if this rule is broken.

Newport at its finest ! We love coming to Newport! You cannot beat this location ! Bonus points for great beds ! Very often the beds are not comfortable & the living room furniture is not adequate- but this condo had nice furnishings. The owner was very responsive as well.

Great location!!

If you want to be able to walk around Newport without having to worry about parking, this is the place! There are so many other reasons to stay here: very clean, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, upper deck with table and chairs, 2 car parking if needed, fully equipped kitchen if you choose to cook. The owner, Brigitte, always gets back to you if you have any questions. A amazing bottle of wine was waiting for us on our arrival. We couldn’t have found a better place!

Weekend winter getaway

Rented this property to attend a weekend event in Newport. We found the unit to be an impeccably clean and comfortable townhouse. The condo is located within walking distance of waterfront restaurants and shops. We will be back, wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Newport.

Amazing place

Brigitte's place was perfect for our stay. It's in an awesome location within walking distance to almost everything our group had planned. It was roomy but still felt cozy. Brigitte was great to work with, providing detailed instructions for parking, finding the place, etc. And leaving a bottle of wine for us was so incredibly nice! She really made us feel welcomed. Would love to stay here again!

This is an amazing location and fantastic property. We had a terrific time, enjoying Newport. Clean, light, with responsive host. The place fully stocked with everything you need. Games, and a bottle of wine. We hated to leave.
