Great apartments

My overall stay was very good. The pool was lovely, colder than I expected, but that made it more refreshing. It was lovely that Patrice, the owner, came over from France so we got to meet him, his wife and 92 year old mother. Super friendly people, even with the language difference. The only drawback, and the is nothing against the VRBO, is we didn't expect the roads to be quite so steep, so we only rented a small car, and stick shift at that. Had some problems getting up some of the mountain roads. Magdalina was super nice as well. Highly recommend.

This was a nice place to stay, definitely need a car. The pool was very nice ( if you don't like bats beware, they came by the pool every evening around sunset to get water). I was disappointed that there was no beach access as in the description it mentions being 150 meters from the beach. Beautiful sunsets and great communication with the host. Magda was very helpful. I speak only a little French but between us we were able to communicate. It is a bit noisy, we had families with young children beside and above us, most days it wasn't an issue as we got up early to go diving. The kids loved the pool. It was nice to have the kitchen available. Well stocked.

Bien que le propriétaire soit sympathique, je ne recommande pas ce logement à des personnes qui recherchent la tranquillité et l'intimité. Puisque l'appartement est situé devant la piscine partagée et l'espace commun, on se trouve souvent entourer de beaucoup de personnes qui peuvent faire la fête tard le soir. Odeur désagréable de moisissure du climatiseur qui aurait besoin d'un nettoyage à fond. Porte d'entrée défectueuse, serrure qui ne fonctionnait pas...

Route étrange mais sympa de pointe noire. Très bonnes info de Patrick + rhum"face à la mer". Baignade a pied à 6mn.

situé à 2 kms du centre de Pointe Noire entre DESHAIES et BOUILLANTE , nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule car éloigné des commerces , restaurants et plages .Le parking est limité en places et le nombre de gites conséquent . La vue sur l'Océan est jolie et l'endroit se devrait d'être calme .Cela n'est pas le cas car un grand gite de 16 places à vocation familiale domine 3 autres gites de 2 à 4 places situés en bord de piscine collective . Le gite central de 2 places enclavé ne dispose pas d'ouvertures pour la salle de bains et la chambre et ;les bruits de pas ,de chaises bougées émanant du gite de dessus est omniprésent . La prestataire chargée de l’accueil et de l'entretien est très sympathique , attentive et efficace .

Nous avons eu la chance d'être accueilli par Patrick dans un grand gite, vue sur Mer, nous avons partagé une soirée en sa compagnie et les autres hôtes ce qui témoigne du plaisir de partager son bonheur Guadeloupéen! Rien a redire sur la propreté, la disponibilité et l'emplacement! O top

merci les gîtes acacia et acajou sont heureux de vous annoncer le remplacement du liner de la piscine et une nouvelle décoration des gites salon séjour tables encore plus l'ensemble de la terrasse de la piscine a été remplacé toujours plus beau ainssi que le bar aggrandissement des terrasse des appartements avec un carrelage ant i dérappant et baie coulissant avec volet roulant a chaque appartement

Du soleil plein les yeux

Gite spacieux, bien équipé et situé en surplomb de la piscine avec la mer pour toile de fond ; très joli cadre. L'orientation plein ouest du gite nous gratifie de superbes couchers de soleil visibles depuis sa terrasse, sans même quitté son fauteuil (ti punch en main, oblige). Le coin salle à manger/cuisine ouvert sur l'extérieur est très appréciable et donne le sentiment d'être en contact permanent avec cette nature.
