ABOUT THE HOUSE

LIVING AREA Step into coastal comfort with light oak plank walls, a modern sofa, and four plush swivel chairs—perfect for lounging after a beach day. A 65” Smart TV, stocked bookshelf, and games make it easy to unwind and have fun.

KITCHEN & DINING The fully stocked kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and everything you need—from coffee makers to cookware—for a delicious home-cooked meal. Gather around the dining table for six or pull up a stool at the spacious island for four.

Upstairs, find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms plus a fun bunk nook for kids. Each room features memory foam mattresses, Smart TVs, and ceiling fans for comfort.

Outdoor Space
Take in pool views from the spacious covered balcony, strung with twinkling lights and furnished with Adirondack chairs and a dining table. It’s the perfect spot for coffee at sunrise or cocktails at sunset. Plus, enjoy grilling on the charcoal grill conveniently located in the carport.


OTHER DETAILS
• Rental Agreement: Once booked, you’ll receive a point of contact form and a short rental agreement to e-sign. This is for liability purposes only.
• Security Deposit: There is a $200 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It’s auto released 3 days after you depart!
• Location: Shared after booking
• Max Occupancy: Accommodates up to 10 guests
• Pet Policy: Two dogs allowed with prior approval and a $150 fee /per dog. We use a site "PetScreening" to manage all four-legged guests. While we only allow dogs, a profile and a pet fee are required for each one joining you. (Note: Pet fees and registration are not required for service animals).
• Guest Policies: No smoking, vaping, no parties or events, and please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM
• Safety: Equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers
• Amenities: Fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletry essentials are provided for your comfort
