This property embraces the natural beauty of Brant Beach, LBI. Enjoy the pleasure of being walking distance to many LBI hot spots. You are a comfortable 3 house walk to Brant beach and three blocks away from Brant Beach Yacht Club. Your friends and family will have beach views and captivating sunset bay views off your two front, oversized decks. One deck has an outdoor dining area and BBQ and the upper deck has a romantic chaise double daybed. The stunning contemporary kitchen and bathrooms were completely remodeled in the Summer of 2018. The contemporary kitchen has brand new appliances, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, gorgeous 3 inch thick quartz counter-tops and an oversized island bar. New furniture, tempurpedic mattresses, 65 inchTV, upgraded cable/wifi/sonos and the softest sheets and towels. There is one master bedroom and bathroom with an oversized king bed, new carpets and upgraded, modern closets. A queen guest room and two bedrooms with twin beds and bunk beds with brand new linens and blankets. The garage has been converted to a hang out room with old sofas, TV, Ping Pong, etc. The backyard has a basketball court and outdoor shower. 4 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED!!! There is a corner store on the end of this block so you can pick up a morning coffee and a sandwich. Dogs considered with special approval & pet fee.

Great house and location

We had a great beach week. The house is super close to the beach and comes with a ton of beach chairs and umbrellas. No need to bring your own! Comfortable clean house, walking distance to cafe and ice cream too. Will come again. Owner is super easy to communicate with. Thank you Randi!

Great stay at LBI

The house was even better than the pictures. The living space is bigger than it looks in the listing. Perfect LBI location just steps from the beach. Nicely furnished and maintained. Plenty of room for the family to relax. the host was a pleasure and very responsive!

Rest and Relaxation

This is our second time staying at this property and we couldn’t be happier. Everything you need for the perfect beach get away, this house has it. Want to sit on the beach? Three little houses away. Want to sit outside and breathe in fresh sea air? This house has two decks to do it. Want a little exercise? Play basketball in the backyard or ping pong in the garage. Book this place now if you want the best R&R that Beach Haven has to offer!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation week! The home was lovely and very clean. The location was perfect; just a few houses to the beach! We had great communication with Randi, the home owner, which made our stay go very smoothly. We look forward to renting again next year or maybe even sooner.

Our Family Stay at Randi’s Beach House

This is the first time I’ve booked a beach house without seeing it other than online. I can say that the pictures did not do it justice. I remained skeptical until I walked in. The house is more spacious and lovely than the pictures suggest. The set up was perfect for our family of 8 and 2 dogs. Booking was easy. I communicated with Randi a number of times to ask if specific household items were included. Her response was always yes. I can tell you the household provided everything including plenty of towels and linens, as well as personal care items. The house was modern and clean and the 3 houses from beach was so close and easy to go back and forth, like you were on the beach itself. It was a perfect home for a perfect vacation. Randi was a pleasure to deal with, and still communicate with. We look forward to going back next year and wish I had found it sooner!
