Merveilleuse semaine à Gruissan

L'appartement est très confortable, très bien entretenu, doté d'une grande terrasse qui offre une superbe vue sur la mer et ces célèbres chalets ! La station est d'une propreté remarquable, la résidence à proximité des commerces et du port et la plage du Grazel est à deux pas. Le massif de La Clape permet de belles balades à pied ou à vélo et des points de vue inattendus sur le vignoble. La richesse de l'arrière pays est une source inépuisable de sorties et de flâneries à la découverte de beaux panoramas et d'un patrimoine tant architectural que gustatif. A l'arrivée, accueil chaleureux de Lucien plein de bienveillance à notre égard et toujours à l'écoute ! Il reste encore de belles découvertes pour un prochain séjour. Les plus de l'appartement : en dernier étage avec ascenseur et parking

Très bonne semaine à la Résidence Thalassa - Gruissan

Appartement très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage du Grazel et de toutes les animations autour du port, le tout accessible à pied. Résidence au calme avec vue superbe. L'intérieur est confortable, moderne, bien entretenu. Grande terrasse. Il faudrait néanmoins prévoir un parasol plus grand ou un store car le matin et jusqu'à 14 h environ l'ensoleillement est direct et il fait très chaud. Pour ranger les vêtements, il manque un peu de place. Excellent séjour malgré tout et accueil très professionnel de Lucien.

Location à proximité des commerces et de l’animation plage artificielle à 5 minutes ville très propre bon accueil à l’arrivee Lucien très sympa. Point négatif de cette location est qu’il faut sortir de la résidence pour accéder à la piscine dommage

Chère Madame, Dommage que vous n'avez pas trouvé pendant une semaine d’autres plages à Gruissan, alors qu'il en a plein !!! Concernant la plage de Grazel, elle est la seule située en plein centre-ville de Gruissan et seulement à une distance de 100 m de la résidence Thalassa. Vous êtes les seuls parmi mes vacanciers à ne pas apprécier ce lieu de détente. Désolée qu'un parcours de 20 m jusqu'à la piscine sécurisée et bien entretenue de la résidence était un effort démesuré au regard de l'avantage de pouvoir profiter de cette facilité que seule Thalassa peut vous offrir dans les environs. La résidence a été toujours bien notée par tous les vacanciers. Vous êtes les seuls à ne pas l'avoir appréciée à sa juste valeur. Merci pour votre visite et meilleures salutations

Great apartment in a great location!

We had read excellent reviews about the apartment and were very happy to find they were all correct! The apartment is in a brilliant location, a couple of minutes walk to Grazel Beach and to the port. We loved both. The view from the balcony over the etang and out to the Med was endlessly fascinating as you can watch the boats coming in and out of port. We hadn't realised that we would also have a wonderful view from the front door of old Gruissan, La Clape and the port. The apartment itself was very clean and has a new modern bathroom and kitchen. The balcony was bigger than expected, being the full width of the apartment. The pool is also very clean and is open until late each day. Thank you to Natalia for all the details before our stay, and to Lucien for making our arrival and departure smooth and easy. Highly recommend.

Appartement agréable et très fonctionnel

Location idéalement située entre le port et la mer, offrant une belle terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pris plaisir à nous détendre. Nos fillettes âgées de 3 et 4 ans ont adopté l'endroit et surtout le manège à deux pas de la résidence, sans oublier la piscine. Nous vous été très bien accueillis, et les renseignements fournis par Natalia sur Gruissan et les alentours nous ont été forts utiles.

Séjour trés agréable dans cet appartement

Pour les premières vacances de notre petit garçon de 10 mois, la situation de la location était idéale (proche de l'animation du port et de la plage familiale du Grazel). L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. Il dispose d'une belle terrasse et offre une vue magnifique. Merci pour l'accueil agréable et d'avoir mis une chaise haute à disposition.

une bonne adresse

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la résidence, à deux pas de la plage et des commerces est idéalement placée pour se déplacer à pied ou à vélo. Agréable séjour à Gruissan

Appartement conforme aux photos, rénové, propre, avec une belle vue sur la mer Méditerranée et les chalets et idéalement situé (proche plage, commerces et port). Merci à Natalia et Christophe pour leur accueil et leurs conseils sur les visites et balades à faire dans les environs proches. Les randonnées des Goules et dans le massif de la Clape sont à faire. Nous recommandons cette location.

Why they chose this property

Because I fell in love with Gruissan, its picturesque old town, its pretty marina, long beaches of white sand, I want to allow everyone to experience the beauty of this region, which also account many other points of interest - Massif of La Clape, tourist cities of Narbonne, Carcassonne, Nature reserve Seagan, Abbey Fontfroide, castle Bel Bishop and vineyards belonging to the famous french comedian Pierre Richard.

What makes this property unique

The view opening from the terrace is truly exceptional: the sea and the genuin white cottages of the film "37.2 ° in the morning", as they call here - a little California. The location of the residence is perfect - in the quite area, close to the to all points of interest - old town with its market, marina, beaches, shops, restaurants, casino, aquatic center (opened and covered swimming pools, spa, hammam, sauna). The apartment is clear with a sofa bed 140 with mattress Bultex (new), separate bedroom with two beds 90, new kitchen renovated in 2016.
