The beautiful granite breakfast bar is perfect for gathering while cooking a gourmet delight, or enjoying a glass of wine with friends. The large dining table seats up to 8, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. A half bathroom is located in the hallway. Large windows, tall ceilings, and a neutral color palette have created a warm and inviting atmosphere that transcends from room to room.

Bedroom 1 is located on this main living level, furnished with a King size bed and flat-screen TV, and has a beautiful en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a large soaking tub. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor of the home. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a King size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large private en suite bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower. This room has french doors that lead to the large covered balcony, that sits above the main floor balcony. From here, get a birds-eye view of the treetops of the surrounding homes and cottages.

Bedroom 3 also has a King size bed, and a flat-screen TV, and has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a Queen size bed and a Twin Bed. Bedroom 5 doubles as an entertainment area, and is furnished with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and also has a flat-screen TV. This bonus room shares a common full bathroom and a walk-in shower with the fourth bedroom.
