Residence in peace, on a garden of 3000 m2 entirely enclosed with automatic gate and videophone, without any person opposite, full south, in full Mediterranean forest, you will be able to fully enjoy your stay.

The L-shaped villa faces the swimming pool and has three large terraces, a kitchen with PLANCHA XXL and gas BBQ, fridge top, and a dining area with ceiling fan. Large pergola with a lounge lounge for 12 people thanks to the swimming pool heated by heat pump.
The design of the atypical semi-storey and L-shaped villa offers you a large living space of over 70 m2 consisting of an open fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, fridge, wine cellar, central island ... , an adjoining utility room with washing machine 10 kg, tumble dryer ... and a dining room and a TV lounge relaxation area. Two fridge-freezers.

Three sleeping areas for everyone's comfort. Complete baby equipment on request. The linen is provided.

A solar shower in front of the 10 x 5 m swimming pool, 1.40 m deep and with a flat bottom all along and heated by heat pump.

Various sun loungers, outdoor beds, hammocks, lounges are available for everyone to relax.

Fabulous Stay!

We’ve had a great time at the Villa, Anna was super responsive in the lead up to it and we also had a local contact which was helpful. We were 2 families with 4 kids in total ranging from 14months to 15years and the place was great for them all. We really appreciated the baby bed (with a real mattress!), baby bed linen and highchair provided as well as the various toys and play opportunities inside and outside. The trampoline and pool were the biggest hit! The location is convenient but be aware that quite a lot of driving will be required to see the region. Having said that we found some lovely attractions very close by - Aoubre, Turtle Sanctuary and the wonderful Peyrassol winery. Thanks Anna & Dan!

Ein traumhaftes Haus mit tollem Garten, Pool und vielen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für klein und groß. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, aber wenn man das möchte/akzeptiert wird der Aufenthalt super. Anna und Dan sind außerdem sehr nett und helfen bei Fragen sofort weiter. Wir werden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

De gastvrouw en gastheer - Anna en Dan - zijn zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Ze verwelkomden ons met een heerlijk pakket met lekkers. Het is een prachtig groot huis met veel activiteiten om te doen voor jong en oud. Zoals zwemmen, jeu de boules, darten,speeltuintje, volleyalnet, basketbalnet, ping pong. Ook veel leuke plekjes om het huis waar je lekker kunt zitten lezen, borrelen, etc. De buitenkeuken hebben we ook veel gebruikt en is erg handig met een grote groep. Al met al een uitstekende locatie voor een grote groep vrienden of familie. Wij hebben genoten. Dankjewel Anna en Dan!

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in der Provence – Perfekte Unterkunft für 3 Familien!

Wir (3 Familien mit 7 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern) haben unseren Urlaub in diesem liebevoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus in der Provence in vollen Zügen genossen! Das Haus war ideal für uns und perfekt ausgestattet. Es gab genügend Platz für alle und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass die Vermieter unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Sie haben uns mit zahlreichen Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung versorgt und standen immer zur Verfügung, wenn wir Fragen oder kleine Anliegen hatten. Auch kleinere Mängel wurden sofort und problemlos behoben!Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es ein tolles Starter-Paket mit Wein, leckeren lokalen Spezialitäten wie Marmelade, Knabbereien und erfrischenden Getränken. Diese Geste haben wir sehr geschätzt und es hat den Aufenthalt gleich noch angenehmer gemacht.Die Lage des Hauses war einfach perfekt – sehr ruhig und abgelegen, was uns eine entspannte Atmosphäre ermöglichte. Gleichzeitig waren viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele gut zu erreichen, was uns die perfekte Mischung aus Erholung und Abenteuer bot.Die Terrasse war ein wahres Highlight! Sie war liebevoll und komfortabel gestaltet, sodass wir dort viele Stunden verbracht haben. Wir haben die drei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus wirklich genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war ruhig und erholsam, während gleichzeitig genug Aktivitäten in der Umgebung angeboten wurden.

À éviter absolument Après mûre réflexion, nous avons décidé de laisser un avis, car notre expérience dans cette maison a été très décevante. Nous étions un groupe de 6 adultes et 5 enfants. Le studio où une famille de notre groupe logeait était tout simplement inadmissible : il y avait une forte odeur de moisissure, qui était également visible à plusieurs endroits. L’état général de la maison laissait aussi à désirer : les lames du sol étaient gondolées et se soulevaient, et le réfrigérateur était sale et moisi. Après avoir contacté plusieurs foid la propriétaire nous avons toujours reçu la même réponse : il suffisait de laisser aérer toute la nuit et d’allumer la ventilation pour résoudre le problème. Malheureusement, aucune amélioration n’a été constatée. De plus, nous avons remarqué d’autres problèmes importants concernant l’état général de la maison : l’aire de jeux n’était pas sécurisée, des pierres étaient instables, et des marches d’escalier étaient cassées, ce qui représentait un réel danger, surtout pour les jeunes enfants. Dans le studio, il y avait également deux tapis que nous avons retirés dès le premier jour, car ils étaient très sales, jaunis et moisis. L’état général de la maison était très décevant et insatisfaisant. Des rénovations et des travaux d’entretien majeurs sont indispensables. Les propriétaires n’ont montré aucun signe de compréhension et n’ont fait aucun effort Nous sommes profondément déçus par notre sejour dans cette maison.

Superbe séjour a flassans sur issole, belle villa dans les hauteurs, tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour a plusieurs ! Je met 4 étoiles 🌟 car je pense qu'il y aurait quelques petites choses à faire au niveau des infrastructures ( table ping pong , sécurité piscine pour les plus petits, et quelques détails ... ) ! De très bonnes vacances dans une villa magnifique

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la maison d'Anna et Dan, qui nous ont donné beaucoup d'informations avant notre arrivée, et qui ont répondu très rapidement à nos demandes pendant notre séjour. La maison est très spacieuse, et bien équipée pour y vivre confortablement à 3 familles. La taille et la profondeur de la piscine sont idéales pour les enfants (de 8 à 13 ans dans notre cas). La climatisation de l'espace de vie est un plus, quand la chaleur extérieure est trop dure à supporter :-) Comme la maison se situe très au calme, dans un quartier résidentiel, la voiture est nécessaire pour atteindre les commerces les plus proches. Finalement, la maison est tellement agréable que nous n'avions pas à bouger pour apprécier ces vacances. Merci Anna et Dan, et leurs sympathiques amis qui ont géré notre accueil !

Très bonne semaine entre amis dans la villa flassanaise. Nous avons pu profiter de ce séjour en groupe en toute sérénité grâce aux équipements à la pointe de la maison et grâce à la terrasse avec piscine aménagée avec goût et soin. Le lieu est idéal pour bénéficier d un environnement calme au cœur de la pinède Provençale et un bon point de départ pour toutes sortes d activités : découverte des gorges duVerdon, excursions sur la côte, dégustation de rosé de la région... Bien situé, tranquille, à écart ( un peu difficile à trouver ! ) Places suffisantes pour 13 personnes. Bien équipé avec en particulier une plancha et un barbecue pour la cuisine extérieure. Belle terrasse et piscine bien chauffée. Aire de jeu pour enfants et place suffisante pour pétanque, badminton et autre ... Propriété fermée, accès par un portail télécommandé. Très bon séjour.

Perfektes Ferienhaus / Perfect Holiday-Home

Wir haben im August 2018 zwei traumhafte Ferienwochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und absolut geschmackvoll, so dass man sich jederzeit wohl gefühlt hat, zudem war alles extrem sauber. Die Außenanlagen waren unbeschreiblich schön und das Beste, was man sich für einen Sommerurlaub wünschen kann: Ein fantastischer Pool und vielfältige Spielmöglichkeiten (Trampolin, Schaukel, Rutsche usw.) - für uns und insbesondere auch unsere Kinder ein absolutes Feriens-Paradies! Auch die Distanz bis zur Küste und zum Meer fällt nicht schwer - das Haus war für uns solch eine Wohlfühl-Oase, dass wir viel weniger Richtung Strand gefahren sind als ursprünglich geplant, sondern die Zeit im Haus und seinen fantastischen Außenanlagen verbracht haben. Wir haben uns vollauf wohl gefühlt. Hinzu kommt ein unfassbar netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die uns jederzeit haben spüren lassen, dass wir willkommen waren. Fazit: Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Vielen Dank an Anna und Ihre Familie für die tollen Ferien und die schöne Zeit! Wir hoffen, uns bald wiederzusehen - vielen Dank für alles! Die perfekte Ferien-Location in der Provence/Cote dÁzur! We spent in August 2018 two wonderful holiday weeks in this house. The house is well equipped and has everything you need for a successful holiday. The decor of the house is functional and absolutely tasteful, so that you always felt comfortable, everything was extremely clean, and the outdoor facilities were indescribably beautiful anyway and the best, what you could ask for your holidays: A fantastic pool and various possibilities for playing (trampoline, swing, slide, etc.) - for us and in particular our children an absolute holiday-paradise! Therefore the distance to the coast and the sea is not difficult here - the house was for us such a feel-good-oasis that we drove much less towards the beach than originally thought, but rather spent time in the house and its fantastic outdoor facilities. We felt completely comfortable. In addition, an incredibly nice and uncomplicated contact with the lessors, who let us feel at any time, that we were welcome. Conclusion: we will definitely be back!Many thanks to Anna and her family for the great holiday and the great time! We hope to see you soon - thank you very much for everything! The perfect holiday-location in Provence/Cote d´Azur!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses avec 2 familles dans cette maison. La maison est très bien équipée de la cuisine aux chambres. L'emplacement est très calme. Anna et Dan sont très gentils et serviables. Vous ne remarquez pas les deux quand ils sont à la maison. A Flassans, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Merci!

Sajour parfait. La maison est belle, parfaitement equipée et pratique

Maison spacieuse et esuipee de facon moderne agrementée d une belle piscine au milieu de la foret de pins. L environnement est tres calme et les nuits extremement reposantes ! Belle piscine ornee d une plage en bois. Equopement plancha et barbecue. Equoement general de la maison parfait avec grande cuisine ouverte sur le salon. Climatisation au besoin dans la maison. On rayonne depuis flassans a 40 minutes environ de hyeres, de frejus, des lacs du Verdon et des petits villages environnants. Les proprietaires sont charmants et discrets. Superbe sejour !
