The apartment has been totally renovated in 2016. It can accommodate up to 8 people, it is composed:
2 bedrooms composed of a bed of 2 people each
1 bedroom consist of a bunk bed
1 living room with a sofa bed and a TV.
1 fitted kitchen with hob ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
1 terrace / balcony which can be closed and used winter and summer, with dining table and bed for 2 more people.
1 bathroom (shower cabinet with 2 sinks)
1 separate WC
All renovated in a sober and distinguished assembly, fitted to accommodate up to 10 people.
Equipped with WIFI and ORANGE TV subscription

The apartment enjoys a magnificent view on the island of Port Cros, the Ile du Levant and the center of Le Lavandou. Located in the seafront residence LES HORIZONS on the 4th floor (last floor with elevator) of building 4 and has its own parking space.
The residence is closed and guarded, it includes a bowling green and 2 tennis courts (in addition to booking on site).
You'll be close to the sea, no need to take the car, all amenities including the sandy beach (you get out of the residence and you're there), the 1st restaurants (50m), shops, water activities (150m) are within walking distance. The center of Le Lavandou is 5 minutes walk and you can walk along the sea on the pedestrian esplanade to reach La FaviĂšre.

Goed uitgerust appartement

Compleet uitgerust, dicht bij het strand met gedeeltelijk uitzicht op de boulevard. Het appartement is op de 4e verdieping en bereikbaar via een lift. De parkeerplek voor de auto is alleen geschikt voor kleine auto's, maar er zijn ook vrije plekken. Winkels zijn in de buurt en elke week is er een grote markt vlakbij het appartement.

Toller Familien-Strandurlaub

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gĂŒnstig, im 4. Stock des GebĂ€udes, von der Loggia hat man Blick auf das Meer. SupermĂ€rkte, Restaurants fusslĂ€ufig. Die Wohnung war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und ist insbesondere in der KĂŒche gut ausgestattet. Jeden Donnerstag findet direkt gegenĂŒber ein großer Markt statt. Von Le Lavandou hat man auch viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung (Bormes, Marseille, Calanques, Iles d‘Or)
 Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Danke an die Gastgeber, Ă  bientĂŽt Familie Lieb

Logement bien situé et calme. La vue mer est pas mal malgré l'immeuble devant. Place de parking étroite pour un gros véhicule style C4. La salle de bain un peut petit à notre goût.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Saubere helle Wohnung. Schöner seitlicher Meerblick zu zwei Seiten. Strand direkt gegenĂŒber. Überdachter Parkplatz direkt neben dem Eingang. Le Levandou ist eine tolles StĂ€dtchen. Restaurants und GeschĂ€fte leicht zu erlaufen. Markt donnerstags gegenĂŒber. Schöne gerĂ€umige Loggia mit großem Tisch und sechs StĂŒhlen. Wichtig, da Wohnzimmer eher klein. Leider harte StĂŒhle ohne Kissen. Maximal fĂŒr 4 Personen zu empfehlen. KĂŒche modern. Nur Pfannen mit starken Gebrauchspuren und Kratzern sollten austauscht werden, da Beschichtung beschĂ€digt und BĂŒgelbrett defekt. Wurde in den zehn Tagen nicht ausgetauscht. Hausverwalterin leider stets schroff bis unfreundlich. FĂŒr 4 BettwĂ€sche und ein paar HandtĂŒcher erst 120 € verlangt, dann einen Tag spĂ€ter einfach auf 150 € erhöht. Versprochene RĂŒckzahlung wird nicht eingehalten, obwohl nur 3 Pakete gebraucht wurden und restliche in Plastik eingeschweißt sind. Keinen schöne Vorgehensweise. Ansonsten Wohnung und Reiseziel sehr empfehlenswert.

Bel appart mais ascenseur en panne toute la semaine

L’appartement est bien refait, avec une belle optimisation de l’espace. La climatisation du sĂ©jour fonctionne bien. Belle vue. TrĂšs chaud cet Ă©tĂ© sur la terrasse : il n’y a pas de store mais un rideau occultant qui bloque le soleil mais aussi l’air. Ascenseur en panne durant toute la semaine (des voisins nous ont dit que les pannes n’étaient pas exceptionnelles l’étĂ©). Ma belle-mĂšre de 81 ans qui souffre d’arthrose des genoux s’est donc retrouvĂ©e plus ou moins bloquĂ©e au 4Ăšme Ă©tage. Aucune empathie du propriĂ©taire qui nous a dit ne pas ĂȘtre « expert en ascenseur », puis n’a plus rĂ©pondu Ă  notre message qui visait Ă  l’informer, et a enfin retournĂ© un message via abritel disant que ce n’était pas un appartement adaptĂ© Ă  un handicapĂ© ! Ma belle-mĂšre n’est pas handicapĂ©e, elle est juste ĂągĂ©e. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© choquĂ© de sa rĂ©action.

Certaines choses sont Ă  revoir. Micro onde qui ne fonctionne pas bien. Bip qui se dĂ©boite. Porte lave linge difficile Ă  ouvrir. TĂ©lĂ© difficile Ă  rĂ©gler ( mauvais contact). Super appartement

Tout se fait Ă  pied, une vraie dĂ©connexion avec la vue sur la mer depuis le balcon, pas besoin de piscine la mer est au pied de l'immeuble. La literie est bonne. Immeuble bien entretenu. Super resto en 2022 le Tamtam juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Place de parking Ă  l'ombre et juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'ascenseur. On conseille de prendre des vĂ©los Ă©lectriques chez retroloc et d'aller jusqu'Ă  la plage du rayol ou de s'arrĂȘter dĂšs qu'une plage ou crique plaĂźt ;) sinon en voiture les plages de Cabasson et estagnol sont top! Resto le Cabasse vraiment parfait aussi! On a adorĂ© nos vacances au Lavandou et dans cet appartement ;) Seul bĂ©mol, le premier jour on a vraiment eu chaud, les jours suivants la tempĂ©rature Ă©tait plus acceptable la nuit. N'hĂ©sitez pas, allez y!

Septembre au Lavandou

TrÚs bel appartement, bien équipé ,dans une zone calme à deux pas de la plage, du marché et des restaurants. La vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle. Il faut au moins une fois se réveiller tÎt le matin pour admirer le magique lever du soleil sur la Méditerranée.

Idéalement situé !

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour en famille avec nos 3 enfants de 15, 12 et 2 ans. L’appartement est trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©, propre, fonctionnel, et les rangements sont suffisants. Un lit parapluie est mis Ă  disposition. Splendide vue sur mer avec un accĂšs direct aux plages, proche des commerces avec une trĂšs bonne boulangerie/pĂątisserie Ă  deux pas (et son excellente tropĂ©zienne) ainsi qu’un des plus grands marchĂ©s provencal chaque jeudi a l’arriĂšre de la rĂ©sidence. Ascenseur pratique et place de parking privative Ă  l’ombre juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’entrĂ©e. Le Lavandou est une ville fleurie et familiale, trĂšs agrĂ©able la journĂ©e et festive le soir mais sans dĂ©ranger les habitants de la rĂ©sidence. Les propriĂ©taires sont tout simplement parfaits, prĂ©venants et sympathiques, et font tout pour rĂ©pondre aux besoins des vacanciers. Petit clin d’oeil a Anny qui fait les Ă©tats des lieux, et Ă  sa gentillesse, elle a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs comprĂ©hensive lorsque nous sommes parti en retard ;) Si vous voulez une bonne location pour dĂ©couvrir cette merveilleuse rĂ©gion, n’hĂ©sitez pas une seconde, vous avez lĂ  la perle rare !
