Excellent location, beautiful view. Pool and Jacuzzi just a few stairs away.

Beautiful view of the Coachella Valley. Two separate bedrooms each with bath. This home away from home has a open concept living area that allows you a stunning panoramic view of the valley from the comfort of the indoors. Two comfortable sitting areas with newly purchased interior, fully furnished kitchen and a great HVAC system.
The kitchen has granite counter tops with a huge island that not only will make meal prepping easy but will serve as a great area for congregating with snacks.
The guest bed room has plenty of space for all of your guests belongings with a walk-in closet and a tall set of drawers. The room has a newly purchased bunk bed with a queen mattress on bottom and a twin mattress on top. The main bathroom which has a stand-up shower is equipped with door leading directly into the guest bathroom.
The master bedroom comes with a California King size bed, a large wall closet, chest of drawers and private bathroom. This spacious bathroom comes with two sinks, a 5 ft. tub, a separate walk-in shower.
Large balcony to relax and take in the beautiful views of the the valley.
Minimum reservation is for one month.
Pool and spa just 10 steps away.
Please note: Not wheel-chair friendly and it has 50 stairs to get to the unit. The stairs are not steep but they are unavoidable
Very quiet area.
Close to shopping, entertainment and other activities.
No partying allowed.

Very nice property. Had a great time.

Property was not listed properly as it did not show the 52 steps down and or up. Since owner has indicated the 52 steps. Was a delight dealing with owner and staying in property. Would rent again and highly recommend it to others.

Amazing place

Daniel and Susan are nice people, and were easy to work with. The photos of the property do not do it justice. The views are sweeping. The home has everything you’d need for a visit, and is very relaxing. The pools and jacuzzis are close by, and normally don’t have too many people in them, so they are pretty private. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Amazing Views and Sunshine

The photos are very accurate of this lovely unit. It has a very open feeling. Daniel and Suzy were very helpful at check in, responsive during our stay and the home is generously stocked. They were very respectful of our COVID concerns and following COVID protocols. The neighbors are quiet and very friendly, and with no shared walls the unit is very private. The location is close to many of our favorite hiking trails. The only downside is traffic noise, but the high quality windows block the sound so it was not a problem for us. We hope to stay again sometime.

Spectacular View

Wow what a view! We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home. It has all the comforts of home plus more! Daniel and Suzy were very gracious hosts and it was a pleasure to meet them. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed!
