Contemporary house located in quiet and sought after area of Erquy. Terraces and south facing garden exhibition.

A large living room with wood stove and open fitted kitchen (induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, full appliance, nespresso coffee machine, raclette, pierrade, waffle iron etc ...)
A double bed 140 bedroom with private shower room.
Separate toilet.

Very good facilities and location

A well located property with good facilities. The pool was lovely and very well used by our family. The location meant not having to rely on the car for shopping, restaurants and the beach, which made things relaxing. A great area for a family holiday and a warm welcome from Valerie the owner.

This was intended to be a large family gathering but because of illness only one family could attend.A lovely return visit to an area much loved from my childhood.Lovely to have our own pool.House very comfortable and perfect location.

Lovely property in a fabulous area

Lovely property, amazing pool, well equipped and good response from owner. Although I have to say perhaps for the benefit of the owner we thought the beds were very uncomfortable. The bedding had had its day. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the house anyway. The area was amazing.

A lovely home with everything necessary for a wonderful Vacation in Bretagne. Very Comfortable home - just outstanding! walking distance to 5 beautiful beaches, incredible hiking trails, local tennis courts, best saling school, creperies, - never needed to drive anywhere! Magnifique Fantastic accomodation All we needed Great location Sea ,shops and strolls Beach was closed this week due to rearranging the sand!!! Great house in a lovely area.

Despite the terrible unavoidable weather for most of the week, our family of 7 had a great time in this holiday home. Our youngest members were 5 and 10 and there were so many toys, books, board games and even a PlayStation 2 to keep them occupied when the weather was bad. The heated swimming pool was enjoyed by us all, even when it rained. The house is very well equipped and is located in a very convenient area of Erquy with ease to the great beach, town, shops and restaurants. Communication with Valerie the owner was very easy and she was very attentive and kept in touch during our stay. We truly had a lovely week and would not hesitate to recommend this house and area to friends and family and would definitely consider a repeat visit.

Toller Pool, sehr schöne Lage

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung der Zimmer, vor allem ist es super für Familien. Der Garten und Pool sind wirklich toll und die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Spaziergänge ist perfekt. Insgesamt gibt es sehr viel Platz, was gut mit Kindern ist. Man muss allerdings dazu sagen dass das Haus auch in die Jahre gekommen ist und für unsere Erwartungen nicht sauber genug war. Wir konnten uns jedoch mit der Vermieterin sehr gut einigen und haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Expérience très agréable, proximité du port d'Erquy, de la plage et des commerces appréciable. Le jardin est extrêmement agréable, très arboré et offrant plusieurs zones de détente. Grande piscine appréciable. Hôtesse à la fois très disponible et d'une grande discrétion. Nous espérons y revenir !
