Small air-conditioned holiday home of 70 m2 in the residential area of ​​Boulouris, 10 mins walk from the sea and 5 mins walk from the shops, train station and CREPS. Made up of 3 rooms for 4 to 6 people in a residence with private parking. A large south-facing terrace (table, chairs, armchairs, etc.) overlooking a private garden with an open view.
