Manque de rénovation et d'entretien

Appartement décevant, très vieux et en plus très mal entretenu .... Sentait le renfermé ... heureusement en août on peut aérer en ouvrant les fenêtres... Salle de bain "à l'ancienne"(pas de robinet mitigeur ni thermostatique et eau chaude trop brûlante) avec WC rajouté dans la pièce, pas pratique et sans rangement, très humide, odeurs d'égouts, peinture qui se décolle et taches de moisissures ... Idem pour le coin cuisine : joints noirs, moisissures au plafond, sur les 2 plaques de cuisson 1 seule fonctionne ... Quand on s'adresse à l'agence ils sont au courant mais ne traitent pas le problème. Canapé inconfortable, mousse aplatie ..... ne peut servir de couchage. Nous ne conseillons pas cette location sans rénovation.
