This great T2 completely renovated in 2015, furnished and air conditioned for 4 people (40m2), is located on the 3rd floor of a nice residence raised, calm and pleasant, ideal for your summer vacation.

The T2 is located in the center of Sagone, just 300 meters from the most beautiful sandy beach of the region.

It is composed :

- An entrance.

- A bright living room (flat screen TV 82cm) with bay window overlooking the terrace of 16mÂČ, it is ideal to enjoy your breakfast and your meals.

- A bedroom with double bed in 160cms (bedding).

- A kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave oven, electric hob, dishwasher, orange squeezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and other benefits)

- A bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

- A sofa bed in the living quality for two additional beds.

All the furniture is new and quality, and WiFi internet access is included.

The beach of Cyrnos which is 300m (secured beach) offers various activities, water sports,
ballade at sea, visit Scandola (world heritage UNESCO).

The linen (sheets, towels) can be provided with extra fee.

Un agréable séjour chez un loueur sympathique

Le logement est situĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence arborĂ©e et fleurie Ă  deux pas des commerces et de la plage. Nous avons constatĂ© avec plaisir que les lieux Ă©taient conformes Ă  l’annonce : un vrai deux-piĂšces, cuisine, salle de bains sobrement dĂ©corĂ©, aux Ă©quipements rĂ©cents, complets et fonctionnels et disposant d’une vaste terrasse. Le propriĂ©taire est accueillant, disponible, particuliĂšrement rĂ©actif et efficace. Pourquoi, alors, quatre Ă©toiles et non cinq en apprĂ©ciation gĂ©nĂ©rale ?...Le mĂ©nage avait bien sĂ»r Ă©tĂ© fait avant notre arrivĂ©e comme l’état des lieux permettait d’en juger
à premiĂšre vue. En effet, nous avons constatĂ©, Ă  l’usage, que divers Ă©lĂ©ments n’avaient bĂ©nĂ©ficiĂ© que d’un nettoyage sommaire du style “mouillĂ© c’est lavĂ©, sec c’est propre“, ce que le propriĂ©taire a honnĂȘtement reconnu, Ă©tonnĂ© toutefois de cette nĂ©gligence exceptionnelle. Enfin, la dĂ©partementale proche est spĂ©cialement bruyante ; heureusement, le double vitrage et la climatisation permettent d’en attĂ©nuer les effets. En rĂ©sumĂ© : nous conserverons un agrĂ©able souvenir de notre sĂ©jour au Diodon que nous avons quittĂ© Ă  regret.
