Beautiful, historic, newly renovated waterfront four seasons home located in the picturesque village of North Hatley, Quebec. Private beach and dock on the shores of Lake Massawippi, over an acre of land, huge screened in porch, and much more. Short walk into the village. The house is close to all the ski hills including Owl's Head, Mont Orford, and Jay Peak, USA. Comfortably sleeps 8 -10 people. Working fireplace and century old wood burning stove. North Hatley charm at it's finest!

My husband grew up in the village and our family has been spending summers there for 20 years.
Why they chose this property
We have long admired this property and when the chance came we were delighted to buy it. By far one of the prettiest historical houses in the village.
What makes this property unique
Charming, historic yet beautifully maintained. Right on the water, private beach and endless sun. Right in town so walking distance to everything.
