With a total surface of 70 sq.m. this holiday apartment is composed of a large living room equipped with a double sofa bed and a dining table for up to 8 people and a TV, it opens onto a garden terrace through large south facing bay windows and furnished with sundeck chairs, garden table and chairs, and a parasol. The open plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, and plenty of pans, dishes and glasses. There are 2 bedrooms overlooking a beautiful private courtyard ornated with banana trees, climbing jasmine and bougainvillea plants. The master bedroom has a double bed (160×200) and second bedroom has 2 single bunk beds. All beddings are very comfortable and brand new, including the sofa bed. The modern bathroom features a walk in shower and a towel radiator. There is a separate toilet room with a mashing machine a the entrance of the flat.

Located on the East side of La Grande Motte, or so called “Levant side”, the area is very quiet and very well located less than 5 minutes walk to the center of the village, shops and restaurants.

Wir waren als 5-köpfige Familie für eine Woche in dem Appartement. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist ok und das Doppelstockbett ist nur für Kinder unter 1,75 m Körpergröße geeignet.
Die Ausstattung entspricht den Beschreibungen.
Die Lage ist super – 30 m zum Strand und etwas Abseits von La Grande-Motte, so dass man in 10 Minuten dort ist, aber seine Ruhe hat.
Das Appartement war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht ganz sauber – der Herd war fettig und schmutzig sowie im Wohnzimmer lagen Haare und Sand. Zum Glück gibt es einen Staubsauger.
Uns hat das Appartement und La Grande-Motte mit seiner eigenwilligen Architektur sehr gut gefallen.

Super séjour!
Le logement est parfaitement conforme à la description, très bien équipé, propreté irréprochable et la plage à quelques mètres pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Un Havre de paix ! Au calme mais proche des restaurants et commerces.

We are very happy that we found such a beautiful place. The apartment is exactly like in the photos. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Around the apartment there are many beautiful places to visit, you won’t get bored. We booked a hourse-drawn carriage tour, it was all very peaceful. Nice restaurants in walking distance.

Super location, close to beach and many restaurants, but very quiet and cosy. The apartment provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can recommend this apartment also for intersting trips to the near environment (Montpellier by bus, Aigues-Mortes by bike, etc.).

Die Wohnung ist stilvoll, gemütlich eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Dank dem separaten Kinderzimmer mit Kajütenbett ist sie ideal für Familien. Besonders genossen haben wir die schöne Gartenterrasse, die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Strand aber auch zu den Restaurants & Geschäften. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sowie auch die Übergabe hat super geklappt und wir wurden herzlich mit einer feinen Flasche Rosé begrüsst.
